Pros:

The team was friendly and tended to our needs very well. We had a restful holiday. The subway is just walking distance from the hotel.

Above the expectations
Pros:

We loved the comfort of the bedroom as well as the breakfast, which offers plenty of different options from typical chinese to more "western" dishes (like eggs and bacon or croissants). The hotel crew was lovely, most of them don't speak english, but they are always ready to help with google translate or similar apps.

The inner window rooms don’t have an external window. I was upgraded to a room with external windows after staying for 2 nights in a inner window room

The hotel room needed urgent maintenance but was given to guests
Cons:

I checked-in at around 8.30 pm, the room was not ready. I was told the room would be prepared in 30 minutes, so I went out for dinner and once back I was assigned a room with a very bad smell coming out of the toilet. I informed the manager that admitted the problem but there was no other room available, it was too late to change hotel and I had to sleep there one night before having the room changed. The staff apologized but no solutions were offered or any kind of compensation. I don't write reviews but this had to be recorded.

Was really special staying here! Our team worked in the Library. I was able to do my laundry.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! Lots of healthy options! Frank was super helpful all week!

Cons:

I didn't get a room with a view, but whenever we went outside there were special restaurants and other establishments all around us.

Cons:

booked a room with window on web. Disappointed that I was asked to upgrade it with additional 288 RMB to have a window room for 3 nights stay. I didn't take their offer.
Noisy from 6am in the morning. I was given a room close to the reception and heard catering service cart pushing around, luggage bumping and shouts from the visitors along the corridor.
