Wonderful location. Really nice staff, amenities were great. I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Very convenient location, shopping everywhere around. Very quiet even though it was in the city. I loved the bathroom, the shower and bath were great. The amenities were also amazing. The staff was also very kind.

清掃が行き渡っていた感じしました。

Cons:

場所が公園の真向かいとか入所する時人目👀が気になります😂。
お掃除がおわって扉を閉める時、音が大きい💦
Booking.comから予約した部屋が、前日使った部屋と違って足りないものが幾つかありました。値段に大きな差が無いのに部屋中はまあまあ差がありました。そこが残念でした。

Perfect hotel for sightseeing Japan
Pros:

Amenity bar with bath salts, make up remover, cleaner, face masks, oils. It was great! We could also pick out shampoos and conditioners that look quite premium if you don't want to use the shampoo and conditioner already provided in your room.
The room had adequate room to lay out 2 large sized suitcases as well a couch, table and double bed. The TV was large and we could cast YouTube from our mobile. The room came with a microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom which is much larger than a typical room with a large bath tub and separate shower.
The location was so close to Animate, Toho studio and right in front of a park that occasionally had local markets and festivals set up at. 5 minute walk to the Ikebukuro station which is a major station. Plenty of night life around the hotel with arcades, restaurants and izakayas for whatever you feel like doing.
The staff were really helpful despite me not speaking Japanese. We got cleaning every day so I never doubted how clean our room was. Great customer service each time I passed the reception.
Great hotel and would recommend it if you visit Tokyo no matter how long or short your stay is.

Cons:

It's not suitable if you are travelling with kids as no kids are allowed.
