Good location but not very quiet. Laundry Service could be improved.
Pros:

The breakfast by the pool was nice.

Cons:

No one spoke or understood English very well. They charged $5 for 4 days of laundry. Second time they handed me wet clothes after waiting all day for them. The clothes stunk from the water they used. It was VERY loud some band was playing out by the pool. Pool was always crowded so I never used it.

El lugar no se parece en nada a las fotografías, el personal es muy amable y hace lo que puede, pero en realidad la relación precio-calidad no la hay, Habitaciones que no les funcionaba el aire acondicionado, los baños muy descuidados, la piscina sucia y con moho verde en el fondo, las alfombras de los cuartos estabas muy viejas y sucias. El segundo día rentaron el área de piscina para una actividad privada, por lo cuál no se pudo utilizar. El nombre del hotel nadie lo conoce como Los Vados, el verdadero nombre es Hotel Provincia, nos pareció un precio alto de acuerdo a la calidad de las instalaciones.

Nada del lugar

Cons:

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este hotel. Al llegar, fue evidente la falta total de mantenimiento y la presencia de plagas (insectos muertos en distintos puntos de la habitación, incluso bajo las sábanas y en el baño), lo cual generó una sensación de asco e incomodidad durante toda la estadía.

Solicité cambio de habitación y, aunque accedieron, la nueva también estaba en malas condiciones: sucia, deteriorada y sin ningún estándar básico de higiene o cuidado.

La atención fue desorganizada y poco profesional, sin seguimiento a lo solicitado.
Y lo más frustrante: el precio no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con lo que ofrecen. No se justifica en ningún sentido pagar por algo tan descuidado.

No volvería y no lo recomendaría.

Overall I like the property, location and most of the staff were really helpful
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The room was good size, clean and spacious

Cons:

WiFi did not work in the room, only in the restaurant and lobby. For breakfast they give you a small cup of coffee and when you ask for a refill they charge you $50 pesos. The restaurant did not have change to give me when I purchased something on two occasions. We stayed four nights and on the last day they told us that we couldn't have breakfast

Excellent hotel with great amenities, we decided to stay extra time.
Pros:

I loved the pictures look just like the property. It is well maintained!

Cons:

Online is advertised as los vados but has a different name, so it can be a little confusing.

I won’t stay there again.
Pros:

As soon as I mentioned the bar music was too loud, they got it turned down.

Cons:

The room said breakfast included. When I asked what was for breakfast and was told eggs gallo pinto…I ordered that. When it arrived I was told that will be $8. I gave it back. I didn’t like the breakfast arrangement at all.
