Свежий номер, полное соответствие предоставленным фото. Шикарное расположение: до моря 5 минут ходьбы. В одноместных номерах вентиляторы, в двухместных - кондиционеры. Прекрасные хозяева гостевого дома. Гостевой дом новый, классные отделочные материалы. Очень комфортное пребывание.

Pros:

The location is really good. Its very close to the district center, and yet isolated from the crowded and nosy place.

Cons:

The hotel, at first place, is hard to find, as google.maps doesn't direct to the address. A booking.com uses a different map program which is not in wide use. Knowing Georgian language was useful for asking around, otherwise, hotel owner never answered a phone. The room was obviously not ready for my arrival, while they were notified a day earlier. I had an impression it was't cleaned up for ages. Old toiled paper roll was still hanging on a roller, while new wasn't there. Various sized hairs were everywhere in the bathroom and the toilet was very dirty. I wanted to cancel and change to other place, but it was already too late. This is the least place I will ever want to return to.
