Superioe Alsatian Comfort
Pros:

A beautfiul property in the heart of Alsace. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The view from our room included the nearby vineyards (as requested).

Cons:

Only one issue. There was no milk or cream for the Nespresso machine in the and a quick cup of coffee is not available in the lobby. That would have been nice.

Fantastiskt hotell med allt man kan önska sig. Oerhört trevlig, professionell och tillmötesgående personal. Fint rum med fenomenal utsikt. Fantastisk mat, både frukost och i restaurangen.
Rent och fint. Centralt läge i Kayserberg.
Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

מלון מדהים ומפנק ממליצה בחום!

מקום מפנק ברמות. רמת השירותיות של הצוות מטורפת בכל קנה מידה.
חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים ניכרת בכל פינה בחדר ובמלון עצמו. מלון בוטיק קטן ברמה מאד מאד גבוהה

Cons:

לא השתמשנו בספא של המקום כי המים בבריכה ובג׳קוזי היו קרים מדי עבורנו וזה קצת ביאס. וגם בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מבחר מנות עבור צמחונים, כמו פירות וירקות ומנות בריאות של ארוחת בוקר לכן לא אכלנו במלון. והצטרכנו כל בוקר לחפש איפה לאכל.

La posizione, l’atmosfera, le camere e il personale della reception molto molto gentile

Cons:

Servizio della colazione, non all’altezza, in quanto il Personale non sparecchiava mai i tavoli. La colazione è molto molto costosa pertanto mi sarei aspettata una maggiore cura e attenzione per i dettagli. Anche il costo per i miei Barboncini è stato davvero esoso.

The city is beautiful. Breakfast is amazing and it’s rare to have spas in Alsace.

Cons:

There was very little personal feel to it. All is perfect, but the staff is almost too distant. Never asked questions, just ran with their program. All fine, but not 5 star quality

Emplacement super, place de parking disponible, chambre parfaite, de jolies attentions au départ et à l’arrivée, spa agréable, et cuisine de la Winstub toujours excellente.

Cons:

Léger manque de guidage vers l’accueil à l’arrivée. Nous avons été un peu déçus par le petit déjeuner bien cher pour des produits qui n’avaient rien d’exceptionnels.
