Lovely stay and will come back again
Pros:

The location and service are both marvellous. I really enjoyed the view of the ruins and the church tower from my balcony. It is just priceless. The service is very good and we were sent off with a loaf of their baked-in-house bread and two bottles of water. How thoughtful is that? Will definitely book here again if come this way again.

Perfect
Pros:

Amazing Hotel. Feels luxurious, yet warm and friendly.
Staff lovely, small pool but very clean and still feels new.
Lots of little surprises here and there for guests. Hotel has an excellent bakery and a super restaurant although I couldn’t try it as I was travelling with a child who wouldn’t appreciate Michelin star food

Modern edel möbliert, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service. Kleines, aber schönes Spa.

Cons:

Wir hatten für die erste Nacht ein Zimmer bekommen, das wir nicht gebucht hatten und dessen Aussicht versperrt war durch ein Giebeldach, das direkt vor dem Fenster war. Man hatte also gar keine Aussicht und konnte nicht aus dem Fenster blicken. Auf Nachfrage haben wir das Zimmer dann gewechselt. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse.

Pros:

A beautfiul property in the heart of Alsace. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The view from our room included the nearby vineyards (as requested).

Cons:

Only one issue. There was no milk or cream for the Nespresso machine in the and a quick cup of coffee is not available in the lobby. That would have been nice.

Fantastiskt hotell med allt man kan önska sig. Oerhört trevlig, professionell och tillmötesgående personal. Fint rum med fenomenal utsikt. Fantastisk mat, både frukost och i restaurangen.
Rent och fint. Centralt läge i Kayserberg.
Kommer definitivt tillbaka!
