The location at the top of the hill was perfect! No cars could pass by our residence. The breakfast room was in a beautiful terrace enclosed roof top overlooking Goreme. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was so friendly and helpful ☺️

Everything was great! From staff, location, views, breakfast, room! Made our stay very memorable and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends. Our pictures watching the balloons were amazing, the staff was very pleasant and going above and beyond. Rooms were very nice and fairly large.

Well appointed, great location, size, superb shower and water. Excellent attentiveness. Made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Nice and quiet, excellent staff. Look forward to staying again if we visit Kapadokya again. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.
We only had one set of keys and it was only possible to look the room with the key from the outside, a minor point of improvement perhaps.
Lne of our light fittings was a little loose, again a minor detail, but checking light fixtures on the wall periodically would help add polish and shine to an already great hotel and service, especially as it is very easy to rectify.

Breakfast was very nice. Location was very good. Tony was very accommodating! Stayed up very late for our check in and even got up early for us on our balloon day!

We did not have any issues, but Bathroom could be improved.
Everything was really nice! The location of the hotel is just perfect. It’s located high up, so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the balloons in the morning. Compared to the other hotels nearby, the terrace was almost empty, so we could calmly enjoy the sunrise.
The hotel itself was also very beautiful and cosy. Breakfast is served on an enclosed terrace with panoramic windows and a great view over Göreme.
You can walk to the area with many local restaurants in about 10 minutes.
The room was beautifully decorated and cosy. The staff were kind and welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or arrange trips around Cappadocia whenever needed.
