Hira Cave Hotel

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hira Cave Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were lucky to receive an early checkin which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Our cave room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an amazing bed and excellent shower pressure.

The terrace is simply breathtaking. Watching the hot air balloons take off at sunrise from the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food. The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions in Göreme.

A special thank you to Mustafa and Tony, who were both incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hira Cave Suites und waren rundum zufrieden. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir noch Wünsche haben oder ob man uns bei etwas helfen kann.
Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass wir ohne Nachfrage ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten haben. Dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr familiär, man fühlt sich eher wie ein geschätzter Gast als wie ein gewöhnlicher Hotelkunde. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, und die Lage ist ideal, um Göreme und Kappadokien zu erkunden.
Wir können das Hira Cave Suites uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

Çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Çok güzel bir konumdaydı otel. Özellikle çalışanlar çok yardımcı misafirperver ve güller yüzlüydü. Tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle yine kalacagimiz otel Hira cave otel olacak

La ubicación estratégica del hotel para tener una buena vista panorámica, el desayuno es excelente y sobre todo la atención del personal.
Nos hicieron un upgrade de cortesía y nos tocó una habitación de ensueño.

Очень чисто. Красиво. В номере чувствуешь себя рыцаре. Две прекрасные девушки Meryem и Fatma готовят прекрасные завтраки. На ресепшене встретили с теплом турецкого гостеприимства. Вообщем все очень хорошо и красиво.

Cave room was spacious and comfortable. Rooftop views was amazing, though it was raining and we didn't manage to catch the sunrise hot air balloon. Breakfast options were good, eggs prepared fresh on order. Staff arranged sunset horseback riding for us, everything was prepared for us including transport and the tour. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le Hira Cave Hôtel et avons été absolument enchanté de notre séjour à tous points de vue !!!
La chambre était très spacieuse, belle et propre, le service 24h/24h impeccable, le petit déjeuner surplombant la ville avec un large buffet à la myriade de plats délicieux, la  terrasse somptueuse pour observer la ville et les vols de montgolfières à l'aube blanchissante, ainsi que bien évidemment l'ambiance chaleureuse et la décoration empreinte des merveilles et de l'histoire de cette fantastique contrée qu'est la Cappadoce !
Mille mercis particulièrement reconnaissants aux collaboratrices et collaborateurs notamment à Meryem, Fatma, Mustafa et bien d'autres encore.

The stay at HCH was a different experience...the room was fantastic and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Tony and Mustafa. The breakfast was delicious with freshly prepared variety of options and the view from the breakfast area was just as stunning...special thanks to Fatima and Maryam for their cheerful service. We also got a few souvenirs when leaving from the hotel...all in all - a wonderful experience.

Tudo perfeito! Essa afirmação vindo de mim, que sou extremamente exigente, crítica e viajo bastante, diz muito sobre a excelência do serviço. Destaco o trabalho impecável da equipe de funcionários, desde a recepção com o Mustafa e o outro rapaz que infelizmente não acredito que esqueci o nome, mas principalmente pelas meninas que servem o café da manhã, Maryam e Fátima. Além de exímias profissionais, são dois seres humanos iluminados e muito gentis. Também agradeço a atenção, hospitalidade e gentileza do proprietário, senhor Mermer (não sei como se escreve o nome dele e peço desculpas por isso) que com sua generosidade e acolhimento tornou minha estadia ainda mais aprazível e inesquecível. Dou nota 10 com convicção e louvor! Parabéns a todos e quando voltar à Capadócia já tenho o lugar da minha estadia definido: Hira Cave Hotel! Bravo!!!

I had already read many great reviews about Hira Cave Hotel, and that is why I decided to stay there. I’m happy to say that everything I had read was absolutely confirmed during my stay.

The hotel itself is located on top of a hill, so I would not recommend it for guests with limited mobility. However, for everyone else, the walk is a good exercise and definitely worth it for the beautiful view.

The staff are extremely kind, polite, and attentive. I would especially like to mention Fatma and Meryam from the kitchen team — always cheerful and helpful. They would play music in the mornings and made our breakfast experience so joyful and welcoming.

Mustafa was the morning attendant, and he helped us with all our plans and reservations, always keeping us updated through WhatsApp.

Mehdi was the night receptionist, but honestly, he seemed to be there day, afternoon, and night, always making sure everything was perfect and that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. He would always offer a wonderful Turkish coffee, and I became a big fan of it during my stay.

I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful time I had there, and I hope to see you all again someday in Brazil!

Llegamos tarde pero igual nos prepararon el desayuno. Eso marca toda la diferencia en lo genial que nos atendieron. Por clima no pudimos bolas en globo pero nuestro hotel estaba hermoso donde se ubicaba, las vistas increíbles, desayuno delicioso, perfecta la atención! Fuimos en luna de miel y nos dejaron un detalle a nuestra llegada.

The hotel has one of the most beautiful terraces to watch the hot air balloons. I only stayed for one night, but the view was absolutely amazing. Watching the balloons from the terrace in the morning was truly unforgettable. I’d like to thank the entire hotel team for making this experience so special.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the view from the breakfast area was just as stunning. The room itself was fantastic, with a perfect blend of authentic and modern design.

I will definitely come back again!

サービス、体験、食事、すべてが最高でした！
気球のツアーは人が多すぎず全員がしっかり美しい景色を見ることができたと思います。1時間くらいギョレメと他の気球たちをゆっくり眺めることができました。
気球ツアーには良し悪しがあると聞くので、ここで予約をすれば間違い無いです！
スタッフはみんな親切で、行きたい場所の写真を見せるとタクシーを配車してくれてプライベートツアーができたり、次の宿泊先にもサービスで送迎してくれ、何かあればbooking.comのメッセージですぐに会話することができます！
部屋は洞窟になっているのですが、とても清潔で豪華で非日常を味わえました。wifiも早く仕事も捗りました。
バルコニーへ行くとトルコらしい絨毯のひかれたフォトスポットで気球の写真を撮ることができ、高地にあるので夜は夜景が綺麗です！
1番の思い出は、誕生日のサプライズでバースデーソングとケーキのプレゼントがあったことです。とても幸せな誕生日になりました！
誕生日の次の日も、トルココーヒーを朝食にプレゼントしてもらいました。Fatima,Maryam, Thank you so much♡
もしまたカッパドキアに来ることがあればずっとここに宿泊したいと思います。
