Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

It's not clean. They have a cockroach infestation - you find them on the bed, walls, kettle. I complained on day 2 and they told me it had been taken care of. As soon as I entered, i found a few - went down with photos and got them to change my room.

The new room smelled pretty bad but since I couldn't see and roaches, it was late and I had to leave in the morning, I went to sleep. Woke up and the hotels roach guests were happily running around.

For what it's worth, staff were decent. Location is great. But doubt I'll stay here again. Not worth compromising on sleep and wondering if pests got into your stuff

The basic necessity that one person expects from a good hotel is slippers,no leakage or water issue queen ized bed that he she had booked but the hotel was not able to hotel.

Decent stay, slightly overpriced for the overall quality, staff services can be better
Pros:

Property is clean and comfortable in a good area with access to nearby restaurants and important places in Chennai

Cons:

The staff is not very prompt- they didn’t do housekeeping even after being told twice. They also don’t provide cutlery, plates or spoons after 10 pm in case you’ve ordered food, so i suggest you eat out if you’re staying here.
