Pros:

ベッドが広い。2段ベッドは子どもたちが喜びました。

Cons:

全体にほこり　くしゃみが止まらなかった。
ランドリーは時間帯決まっていないようだったがランドリー前に宿泊していた外国の方から怒りのお手紙がきた。怖かったです。乾燥機も勝手に止められていた。歯ブラシが有料。

出費を趣味に全振りできた旅でした。
Pros:

東京駅へのアクセスの良さの割に下町の雰囲気を満喫できる平井駅周辺に泊まれるのがよかった。

Cons:

エレベーターが無いので、荷物が大きな場合は部屋まで運ぶのが大変。

Ok for a short stay if your expectations are not high.
Pros:

Easy check in. Has a train station close.

Cons:

It’s not like in the pictures: room is very dark and much smaller than what is shown in the pictures.

The portable cooktop in the kitchen feels like is going to break at anytime (so we used the common kitchen downstairs).

The sink in the bathroom has the size of a bowl of ramen, very hard to use it without making a mess.

The toilet… if you’re tall I don’t think the door will close as the space is very small.

It’s ok for families as it gives you 4 double beds, but I’m wondering where would the luggage fit for the amount of beds in the room.

The carpet… if you’re picky with dust and old carpets, I would not recommend this accommodation.

The location… if you’re short in time, consider that you have to take 2 trains minimum to arrive to highlights. Consider 1h of transport every time you travel. Also, apparently this accommodation is located on an area that only offers one train line, which is more expensive than the normal metro and also is very packed with people (example, Thursday at 22:30 we could not even get a bar to hold us in the train).

Pros:

Nice amenities, and very cosy environment that feels welcoming. The rooms were pretty comfy overall.

Cons:

The hot water was sometimes not reliable and it was difficult carrying luggage up the stairs since they were steep. The room was a little bit dirty

Convenient, quiet, and clean.
Pros:

The location is amazing. A nice quiet 5 minute walk to Hirai station and nearby a FamilyMart, 7/11, Daiso, and many small restaurants. The room was mostly clean and the balcony was nice. Also very easy to access the rooms.

Cons:

The beds were hard, so not very good for anyone with back issues. There was also a strong smelling white stain on one of the bed pillows, which was highly concerning. There was an empty water bottle stuck between the fridge and floor.
