Nous avions 4 lits

Cons:

La terrasse et le balcon ne sont pas dans un bon état. Les transats et le hamac sur la terrasse sont inutilisables, sales et déchirés. Le balcon est plein de choses inutiles et encombrantes. C’est dommage, ça ne correspond pas à la description et aux photos

Thought it was too good to be true when booking and then exceeded expectations on arrival.
Pros:

Great value for money. Host was so kind and easy-going. There were games consoles and board games in the shared kitchen facility and a switch console in the room. The anime figures, posters and plushies were a really nice touch, it felt very personalised and cozy. The shared facilites and private rooms were all very clean and well maintained. There was also a roof terrace which offered nice views with seating.

東京での暮らしを堪能できます。

部屋の広さも充分でNetflixも観れる上に、Switchもできます。子ども連れでも楽しめる環境です。
また、東京での長期滞在にも適しています。
駅も徒歩圏内で、道中は下町の雰囲気も味わえ、
東京での暮らしを堪能できます。
お部屋のシャワーで物足りない方は、徒歩圏内で銭湯にも行けるので、疲れた身体をリセットできました。
スタッフの方も親切で、外出前に雨が降りそうだったので傘を貸していただき、助かりました。
東京を満喫できました。

私は上京する際にはまた利用したい、と思います。
Pros:

わくわくするような仕掛けが多かったですね。室内は2段ベッドでしたので、息子は大喜びでした。建物内には様々なフィギュアなどが置いてあり、それらを見ながら階段を上がると屋上へ。屋上は誰でも利用でき、見晴らしもよくて気持ちよかったです。管理人さんはお会いした時間は短かったのですが、親切な方で息子はその短い時間に打ち解けてましたね。

Cons:

良くないというより自分の確認不足でしたが、アメニティのようなものはタオル以外ありませんので、髭剃りやコットン、綿棒、歯ブラシ等は持参する必要があります。
