The rooms were in a great location which was easily accessible for the o2! The bed was comfy, the lad on the bar who showed us to our room was very friendly.great addition of tea and coffee (could have done with some extra teabags as there was 2 of us and only 3x teabags) everything needed was a close walking distance.

Cons:

It was freezing cold in the room, no temperature control for the heating that we could find. The window had an awful privacy film on so no outside light coming in. The window was open but so high we couldn’t reach and so got freezing cold. The glasses by the kettle had been used and not clean so unable to use those. The shower could do with a good scrub along seals/tiling (having said this it was usable inside. Wallpaper sheets hanging off wall.

Convinent for O2 but otherwise wouldn’t stay here
Pros:

Walking distance to O2 and also on bus route.

Cons:

Music plays at the pub loud until close, was going on til midnight.

Pros:

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable like sooo comfortable LOL.

Cons:

Could do with a thorough clean, but I won’t knock the property for this it was as till good for value, just few things that I noticed.

Great place to stay, would come again!
Pros:

Very spacious room, super clean. The beds/bedding were super comfy and nice to sleep in. Beautiful decor also!

Cons:

There was some noise here and there from cars passing etc, but I think that's unavoidable when you're near roads. Other than that it was great!

Great location for the o2 … a 5 minute uber drive away or 30 minute walk. The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and quirky, with plenty of tea/coffee facilities.

Cons:

Nothing. It was lovely.

3rd and last stay here... shame it has potential with a great location to the O2
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here mainly for the location as we were attending a concert in the O2 and its an ideal location. This was the only thing we liked this time around unfortunately

Cons:

We were really disappointed with this stay, our third time and this stay however really let us down. Upon checking in the staff behind the bar wasn't very welcoming, showed us to our room and left. On the previous visits we were made to feel welcomed and was asked about our stay and what plans we had. Once in the room we looked over the menu and we decided to try out the pub food as we got discount and was tired from travelling all day. I wish we hadn't, again staff behind the bar (different staff member this time) didnt seem to know what to do, we asked if we could get food and he seemed confused then said yes we could, the menu at the bar looked different to the one in the room, I queried this and he said the one in the room is really out of date (Maybe this should be updated when the menu in the pub updates? just a suggestion). We ordered our food & drinks we sat down, our wine glasses had water stains all over, we then got told they had no sweet potato chips and would swap them out for normal chips and chicken tenders (we had no issues with that). The food arrived and looked good, however the pizza had no hot honey on, and after finishing I noticed part of a plastic bag/glove in the chip bowls... at this point I was so tired. After we finished we asked the same staff member if we could the iron/ironing board, sugar and wifi, we only obtained the wifi and even then he wasnt sure if that was correct.
Now for the room, we have stayed in the same room every time we have stayed (superior room), it usually has been pretty decent, but this time it was so dusty, the TV didnt work would only let you use Youtube. Skip to the morning, I went to make tea & coffee, turns out the oat milk and milk were out of date....
