It’s a terrific small country hotel, with a beautiful balcony at the bar overlooking the Berwyn hills. There are just four rooms, would recommend the two at the back as they’re away from the road. The rooms are spacious, clean and beds very comfortable with high quality bedding. Bathroom was great. Staff are really friendly and helpful across the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, delicious and a good range of choices. We also had dinner there which was very nice. Highly recommend staying here!

The rooms were clean & tidy, super luxurious bed. The welcome tray was full of Tea, coffee, & bottled water,& plenty of biscuits. The food was amazing, breakfast was gorgeous
Nothing it was very good
Everything was spot on. Lovely service, great atmosphere, well priced, excellent staff, brilliant food and a lovely location.
There was some noise which drifted up from the bar, but a) we went to bed early as we'd had a very hard day, b) the noise was not in any way excessive and finished by about 10, and c) there was a group of locals in the bar so it was good to see a busy pub. Not really a 'dislke', but that's the only small detail I can think of. Anyway, it's a pub. What do you expect?!

Bedroom window not closing meant traffic noise was intrusive, although earplugs were provided!

De ligging was adembenemend mooi. Prachtig uitzicht op de valei. Personeel was vriendelijk. Rustig gelegen en de kamer had voldoende ruimte.
Lovely big room with a great view over the valley. The food was good and the place is on the main route , so easy to find.
Really big bathroom with a massive shower! Nice stop over place when touring Wales.

There was some delay in the food at the restaurant as there was an event for locals happening. Nothing else negative :-)
Everything was awesome. I can especially highlight the kindness and flexibility of the host, the excellent food that even pleased my very fussy daughter, and the comfortable bed.
I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.
