Outstanding Service, Highly Appreciated.
Pros:

Everytime we visit in gandhinagar also we stay here. We prefer it for its location, beauty and excellent services. Suite Premium room is very comfortable with many amenities. We felt very safe and secure at the hotel. Overall it's awesome.

Worst Hotel Experience – Misleading and Dishonest

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The booking site clearly showed a room size of 18m², but upon arrival, I was given a tiny 8m² room. The site also mentioned “no payment required,” yet I was harassed with continuous calls demanding payment.

To make matters worse, the staff asked me to cancel my online booking and offered a larger room only if I paid extra charges. This is outright cheating and manipulation.

Overall, the experience was terrible , I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

My room had a good city view. Good ambience and service. Cooperative and very helpful staff.The decoration and arrangements were amazing.Definitely a place I would love to return again.

We had a great stay for 1 night at this hotel in gandhinagar. It's a lovely super hygienic hotel close to giftcity. It is 15 mins away from the airport. There are several restaurents from walking distance.

Great Location, Safe place

My stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. The property was easy to locate and situated in a peaceful area. The rooms were clean well-maintained, and cozy. Disappointed. Not worth the price.

No cupboard, no chair, room full of hairs. Not cleaned properly. No food, no tea or coffee.

Pros:

Room service is very good. Morning tea and breakfast were also good. Bathroom was also big and very clean. There was a smart mirror in the bathroom. Dental kit, hair kit, shave kit, toiletry kit were also provided.
