Great
Pros:

Owner went out of her way to make our stay great and made sure we had a good breakfast before we left. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Inn managers -10/10!
Pros:

Hosts made the stay. Both were very friendly and welcoming, excellent service, helpful and breakfast lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, good parking. Helped with bags, ice anything to make us comfortable. Curtains and cushion fabric beautiful.

Cons:

Location on busy road, not restful for travellers, handy in btwn st and and dundee but obviously traffic has increased since inn was built. Pillows need replacing, or two options provided. Small maintenance needed Toilet roll holder almost off the wall

Convenient for what we wanted to do, and comfortable.
Pros:

We were only spending one night in the area and this was much cheaper than anything in St Andrews! It was clean and comfortable. It was good to be able to open the window.

Cons:

The steep stairs were a bit of a minefield with a heavy bag. Everyone a heavy truck went passed, the room vibrated.
