A beautiful riverside Inn with views of the river. In the evening it was beautiful, sitting on the balcony and watching the performance boats float past. The location in general was really great, and not too hard to find. Someone came and met us from the bus stop and walked with us to the Inn which was really helpful as well. They gave some tips on how to find your way home when out in the day, too which was nice. The room was lovely and comfortable. The couple that run the place are really lovely, and even offered us a gift when we were checking out, which was a really nice surprise.
There’s not much to dislike, it’s a great location and with stunning views of the river. Overall a great stay.
Понравилось абсолютно всё! Шикарный вид из номера, очень удобное расположение, невероятно отзывчивая хозяйка отеля! Со всеми вопросами помогли, все рассказали, помогли вызвать такси. Понравилось, что отель в самом центре, но людей гораздо меньше, чем в пиковых точках. Это тоже очень порадовало. Ночью тихо.

Amazing location, incredibly friendly hosts. They provided so much information before I arrived on how to reach the hotel, and about the surrounding areas and really made me feel welcome as a solo traveler! Being alone can be hard but having such kind and friendly people great me every time I returned was very refreshing! This was an amazing hotel was an amazing way to start my first trip to China. I FaceTimed my family and posted pictures online and I received so many questions about the hotel! If you’re coming to Fenghuang please consider staying at least one to two nights here! It’ll give you a much needed relaxation after long traveling.

Lovely room, riverside balcony, clean and comfortable. Just a few steps from the taxi drop off which is a big plus considering the city is full of tiny streets and stairs.
The owners are a lovely couple who will go out of their way to support with anything during the stay, arranging pickups, helping with laundry etc.
Definitely recommended for a quiet stop in Fenghuang.

The place was super well located! Amazing to see the light show at night.
The staff was super helpful, and took our bags to/from the taxi and to/from the room.
The owners where really nice and helpful. They told us to have our taxi driver call them so that they would give him the exact directions. They waited for us at the door and helped us with our luggage. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. They gave us coffee and some snacks, really lovely.

there is additionnal prepared sofa bed that i don t need...so it make a narrow space..but for the one who need maybe that is will benefit

Les gérants ont été très réactifs et la communication avant notre arrivée était excellente pour nous expliquer comment rejoindre l’hôtel. Ils sont même venus nous chercher directement à la sortie du taxi, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très simple et agréable.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, idéal pour découvrir la vieille ville. La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique, avec un cadre vraiment unique sur Fenghuang.
Nous avons également pris le dîner sur le balcon le soir, et c’était tout simplement fantastique, avec une ambiance magique au bord de l’eau.
La ubicación y el excelente servicio del personal, nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa, con sus recomendaciones del pueblo y se preocuparon al 100% de nuestra estancia. Volveremos!!
La vista desde el balcon es magico. Tiene muy buena ubicacion, algunas de las puestas en escena del rio se pueden ver desde ahi. Los dueños son muy amables, te tratan de ayudar en lo que necesites. Trasmiten amabilidad.
