They booked the taxi for us and they came to pick us up at the bus station when we arrived.
The room was clean with a very nice view of the river.

Our stay here was fantastic. The accommodation has so much charm: you can really tell that they have made an effort to preserve and respect its traditional character while also modernizing it and adapting it perfectly to today’s needs. It is very well equipped and even has a washing machine, which we really appreciated after already having been travelling for several days.
The location is unbeatable, and the views of the river and the bridges are absolutely beautiful. There are probably other similar places to stay in Fenghuang, but what will be much harder to find is someone as attentive and kind as 芦润青 (Runqing). She is a lovely woman, and you can clearly see how much she enjoys what she does and how much effort she puts into constantly improving and making sure everything is perfect for their guests.
From the very beginning, 芦润青 (Runqing) was incredibly thoughtful with us. She left us a small gift when we arrived and, when we left, she also gave us a souvenir magnet. She took the time to explain the main places to visit and gave us several local recommendations that ended up being some of the highlights of our stay in Fenghuang.
If I had to make any suggestion, it would simply be to keep doing exactly what they are doing, in exactly the way they are doing it. With the care and dedication that 芦润青 (Runqing) puts into every detail, I am sure that anything new they introduce will be a success.

Por la noche en el bar de abajo no respetaron el horario de terminar con la música. El dueño y yo tuvimos que bajar para que cesará la música. Aún así no dejaron de hablar alto. El hotel no tuvo la culpa de ello.
Bellissima stanza con splendido balcone sul fiume, in un punto ottimo perché comodo per girare la città ma allo stesso tempo facilmente raggiungibile in taxi, visto che il centro storico è pedonale. Il personale parla inglese ed è stato gentilissimo per fornire consigli ed aiuto logistico. Davvero consigliatissimo.

Ubicación excelente. Desde el balcón se puede ver el espectáculo nocturno.
No se oye ruidos de los karaokes que hay por el pueblo.
Los dueños nos dieron instrucciones de donde nos debía de dejar el taxi, y ellos vinieron a buscarnos. Casualidad llovía un montón, y nos vinieron a recoger con paraguas.
Nos dieron fruta de cortesía y al irnos nos regalaron unos dulces.
Amenities gratuitas y agua también.
La habitación amplia y limpia.

Posizione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff. Ha parlato direttamente al telefono col tassista per il transfer, ci ha spiegato cosa vedere e dove mangiare e si è offerta di accompagnarci (parlano molto bene inglese, rarissimo in Cina)
Unica pecca è che le camere non hanno frigo bar, ma non è un reale problema visto che in ogni dove si trova acqua fresca nel villaggio e anche nella hall.
Tutto bellissimo, gentilissima la famiglia che gestisce la struttura che mi ha aiutato in ogni modo a farmi vivere un’esperienza fantastica nei miei 3 giorni a Fenghuang.
