Pros:

A friendly owner, can also handle the English language.
We got the 2-bedroom on the 2nd floor corner behind, spacious nice room with balcony & cityview.
We were given a "heat fan" which we could use during the cold stay we experienced at the end of December. Thx for that!

Cons:

Kitchen facilities are outside so in the "winter" especially when it is windy it is also cold so we didn't end up using those.

There was a bit of noise from the neighbors on our first night, beyond our control...

Very old and worn out bathroom
Very hard beds
Friendly hosts but hard to communicate even via google translate it was hard

Cons:

Quite remote and difficult to get a grab car , but away from the busy center

Peaceful, relaxing get-away.
Pros:

Room in villa was bright, airy, spacious and relaxing. Exceptionally clean. Location is far enough from city centre to be quiet and peaceful. Host couple are friendly. Outdoor shared kitchen included in price. Spacious front parking. Pet friendly.

Cons:

No fridge/cooler in room makes long stays hard, although there is a shared fridge outside. Spotty wi-fi. Not very soundproof. Location a little far but they have motorbike rental so not a problem!
