Nothing, Zero rating is not available 😭

Cons:

Food is not available, they have restricted foods and it doesn't suit children. Rooms are not clean and ac is not working and even the toilet is the worst and the welcome kit is not given and the kettle has been given only based on the request and given it only for one room. Pls don't book this hotel if you have kids and even they serve the foods in open BAR that is annoying for family.

It's has good facilities and the staff are courteous

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom and the comode was not maintained at all. We had to tie a rope and hanger to the comode lid just to keep it up. It was very disappointing that we had booked for 4 days but checked out after 2 days.

Amazing place, recommend for family and group as well
Pros:

The ambience, pool and hospitality

Cons:

Sometimes they provide room service some times they don’t. Atleast the coffee tea should be provided for room service. Also the coffee and tea provided for room service was better Dan what we got for complimentary breakfast.
