Grand for the price
Pros:

They let us check in at 0130am. It was clean and affordable. Close to our overnight bus drop off. Let us leave our bags after check out

Cons:

Bed was hard as a rock. They gave us the wrong key. Stayed on the 5th floor with no lift, so not good for people with mobility issues.

Cheap place to stay but needs further cleaning and more welcoming staff
Pros:

Property was in a good location and the key was ready on arrival, good size room. Bed was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling and extractor fan was absolutely filthy. Staff were unpleasant.

Doable, but wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Large rooms, fairly clean

Cons:

My balcony door did not fully close, it’s an extra 50K (VND) per day to use the Aircon which isn’t disclosed, the beds are incredibly firm and not comfortable, no complimentary water included. For the area you can find nicer hotels for the same price/cheaper

Good value for money
Pros:

Really high value for money. Super clean rooms, nice host and comfortable beds. Good and central location in Sapa. The only downside was that there was some noise from the outside street since the walls are thin.

Near center, clean, good price

Cons:

The room at 2 floor does not have a wardrobe, there was no hang clothest, must ask the host
I rent a motorbike from hotel, one is brake and gear issue, one is too weak than usual
