Location is good. Just off the hustle and bustle of the witches markets but still close enough to them. The eat street is next door.

Really cold. No heating. I asked for a heater and they gave me a blanket. ‘Hot’ water was tepid at best.
The friendliness of the staff, particularly Jessica & Tatiyana.
No heating in rooms, especially during winter. But they give you plenty of sheets and blankets to keep you warm in bed.

the hotel is located in an excellent place - just few minutes from the artsianian market. my room was big and comfortable with a window facing the street. staff was helpful. especially Daniela that was very friendly, informative and helpful and can speak English. the hotel has an elevator so you don't have to clime the stairs to get to your room
like other hotels in this excellent area , ariiving to the hotel involves a steep clime. this might be difficult if it is your first day in bolivia because of the altitude. infact, for me , even after few days it was still a bit difficult for me to get to the area where the hotel is located
The front desk staff are super nice. The shower is actually hot. Lots of blankets to keep warm. Great English pub across the street. Witches market literally 50!feet away. Breakfast was the same as most other places.
Because of being right downtown there is always noise until midnight. There is an apartment across the street that has dogs. They barked on and off throughout the night.
The location is perfect. Good value for money. The girl from the reception gave us a water heater to put in the beds because it was very cold. Very good breakfast.

Take showers in the morning for hotter water (typical rule all over the country). It's right near the Mercado de las Brujas so it can be noisy until about midnight.

We had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the location was amazing. A few minutes to the teleferico and even closer to the witches market.
