Pros:

secure location, room was lovely, locked car park and the room had everything we needed

Cons:

only thing i would say is the shower hose needed a bit of a clean some black mould on it. And possibly a new mattress as it sank in a lot but for one night it wasn't a issue. This is me being nit picky as the stay was lovely

Great stay in lovely accommodation
Pros:

Really nice stay here, overnight after a local wedding. We were contacted well in advance with entry details and the rooms (we took three) were all excellent and well appointed. Highly recommended.

Lovely accommodation in quiet village location
Pros:

Lovely accommodation, very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Cons:

This is a very minor thing, but it was the lack of a phone signal. Although we had access to WiFi (which was great), the bandwidth did struggle on certain sites and apps that couldn’t load.

So pleased we found this rather than staying in a hotel. It was perfect.
Pros:

Beautiful property and location, exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would 100% stay again. Perfect for visiting our friends in Northampton.

Everything I needed - Clean, cosy and secure.
Pros:

Lovely cosy and clean room (Room 2)
Safe secure location with gates, parking and lock boxes.

Cons:

Walls were thin and I could clearly hear conversations from Room 1

Very well presented, plenty of extras. High class room and comfortable bed.

Nothing on the property but I had a noisy neighbour on my stay. No reflection on the place itself.

Lovely place
Pros:

Beautifully presented, great mini bar selection.

Cons:

Our room was under the stairs and the noise from guests walking up and down from 7am onwards was disturbing.

Perfect little getaway
Pros:

The cosiness, cleanliness. Easy parking. Very very sweet! Quaint little village, really lovely little get away. Easy to drive to more restaurants or shops if needed.

Cons:

The only small minor thing was the occupants above was very heavy footed and quite a few loud bangs/noises particularly early morning was a little awakening on our last day.
