Cons:

The booking was cancelled by the host.
I encountered similar cases from many apartments that after the booking the property management cancel it giving some unprofessional reason.

We expect the room to be available, but when you are at place they will cancel and you have to look for new place.

Pros:

Nice modern room, clean and cozy, great common room also, we came much earlier than check in time and host let us stay as room were already free, without any extra payments, also called taxi when we needed it, so recommend it and will come back definitely when next time in Chisinau
