Overall, my stay was disappointing and not worth the price.
Pros:

I only liked that the room looked spacious in the pictures.

Cons:

The room looked spacious in the pictures but it really wasn’t. The biggest issue was the electricity outage since only one light was connected to the UPS and the power was gone most of the time. The shower mixer wasn’t working so the water was extremely hot, and even after complaining about the balcony window being dislocated they didn’t do anything. Overall it was a very bad experience considering the amount charged

Chaotic check-in, unprofessional staff, and a constant worry of being double-charged — not exactly a relaxing stay.
Pros:

All glitz in the photos, but in person — just your average, run-of-the-mill place.

Cons:

The property had a bizarre setup — the kitchen was closed when I arrived at 9 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The reception staff felt more like village folks than professionals, and frankly, their attitude reflected that. They refused to honour my Booking.com reservation just to avoid paying the commission, and instead insisted on a cash payment.

All night I was worried they’d take the cash and the payment from my card. By morning, I’d had enough — marched over to reception, asked them to log into their Booking.com account, and made them mark me as a ‘no-show’ to avoid being double-charged. Full-on argument included, of course.

The location is great, as it's close to nature.

Cons:

The staff is not adequately trained to welcome guests. The heaters were unreliable, even during designated hours, and generator issues required multiple calls to turn them on. The washroom was not prepared, and a broken shower took an hour to fix, disrupting our privacy. The breakfast was unsatisfactory and not worth the money. Since the guesthouse is in a cold location, a carpet should have been provided, especially if the heater was not working, to enhance comfort while walking on the floor. Upon our arrival, they were unprepared to provide the room and insisted on canceling the Booking.com transaction, offering the room directly instead, likely to avoid paying commission to Booking.com.
