Bẩn. Cũ. TV có như không( Ko có mạng, ko có đường cáp, điều khiển hỏng ...). Tóm lại là ko có lần sau.

Với giá tiền đó thì cũng tạm ổn nhưng mình thật sự không thoải mái khi ở.

Các bạn lễ tân dễ thương, hỗ trợ khá nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Ks đã xuống cấp nhiều, một số thiết bị trong phòng đã hư hỏng (vòi nước), tường quá cũ. Cảm giác nó không sạch sẽ lắm. Ở hành lang tầng 5 rác rất nhiều mà mình ở 2 ngày k thấy các bạn nhân viên dọn dẹp. Ly uống cafe cũng quá cũ, bụi bặm.

I had not too good experience there.

The staff we helpful and supportive

Cons:

The room that I stayed was so dirty. The walls were very dirty. The toilet was not well cleaned. The bed covered was used by another guest ans was not changed. The water closet was licking so when I flushed the waste was coming out. My overall experience was not good at all.

It looked clean..?

Cons:

When we arrived the receptionist told me there was no booking under our name. Then when we showed them the booking.com confirmation they told me they had given my booking away to someone else, and that the hotel was fully booked out.
