Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread was elaborate and tasty.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member Chandni , Naaz , Nihaktha , Neha , Anish , Sandeep , Prashant , I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the crisp linens to the high-quality amenities showed real care. The views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The restaurant offered delicious meals with great variety, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The pool and fitness areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind or stay active.
Location was perfect as well—close to AIIMS yet quiet enough to enjoy a restful stay.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable experience.

Every day I had to ask to recharge the TV Which was not expected from ahotel of this sature
The breakfast was not available for the first night I stayed and had to wait from 07:00 to 07>30 hours and go to work without any breakfast. staff response was worse than poor as the staff were lazy and the front office could not manage well.
1.The AC was not working on the set heat mode.
2. Staff are defensive, do not listen to the guests, and are argumentative.
3. Travel arrangements are not smooth though they have a vehicle. the front office staff on the night of 2nd January threw the book to me and asked to fill in.
4. the attitude of the restaurant staff was bad. Too many staff with poor grooming
