Lamplighter Inn by OYO Charlotte Airport Area

I went there it was close up and boarded up so i had to waste money to stay somewhere else i wrote to them to give me my money back

This place is scamming people out of their money the CITY OF CHARLOTTE SHUT THEM DOWN MONTHS AGO. Ride by… no lies detected they have numerous citations and health conditions.. no power no water no service no refunds RUN PEOPLE

The hotel was closed so we couldn't stay. Had to get another hotel. And the hotel won't respond about a refund. Horrible experience. I will never use hotels.com again. It is ridiculous for you to advertise and accept money for hotel rooms at a closed hotel.

The property was ran down, there was a lot of people hanging outside, there was a lot of traffic in and out of the property, and there was no one arounf to help.

Didn't habe a front office. Couldn't check in

It's was clean it's peaceful it's quiet it's in the cut.. the showers in there for it not to be 5 star is pretty dope. If they can just get better tvs yo I will move in there. Lol. No cap it's dope to be a rinky dink room

No towels or wash cloths in bathroom. No trash can. Cable tv didn't work. It was close to everything though. The guy who checked me in was nice.

They didn't have my reservation and had no rooms available. Dirty, disgusting, bug infected lobby. Gross and disgusting!

Did not check in due to staff repeatedly telling me room was canceled. Would not let me explain that was the wrong location before hanging up and not answering the phone after numerous times calling back. Expedia tried calling and no answer. Just was told no refund even though they were at fault for not having my business. Horrible customer service! DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY! WILL POST AND SPREAD THE WORD!

I didn’t even check in the place was a rundown dump for crackheads and psychos

The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed in some bad places. This one is the only one I took the time to review because I don’t want anyone else getting sick

It was like a movie set from the walking dead, derelict cars trash bags up at windows, people congrateting all over the place so.e sitting on the balconies like they were patio areas. When 4 police vehicles showed up I left and made another reservation on your website

Unable to check in after hours. Area was very unsafe, had to leave area.

Did not stay, felt unsafe, never again doing business with either faction

The toilet seat was broken and the toilet stopped flushing twice , ; the tv had no remote , the bed sheets wasn’t the best

They was rude n didn’t have the refrigerator or couch like on pictures

I paid and slept in my rv. No towels, 1 pillow for 2 beds yes 1 bed has 0 pillows, next room was playing music loud at check-in the owner ensured me it would be turned off and it was not. Slum spot! NEVER STAY HERE. I also reserved a king bed and was given 2 queens. This place does not honor your reservation. I am asking for a refund since i slept in my RV.

Office closes at midnight, apparently, or whenever the owner decides to go to bed. Probably for the best, tbh, but not what I needed after a cancelled flight.
