Very good
Pros:

Staff are wonderful and the location is good, around the corner from a main street with many restaurants. I liked the big rooms and nice shower.

Cons:

The beds are hard and I noticed a lot of cockroaches 🙈

Really bad unfortunately
Pros:

The room was a good size

Cons:

Bed was rock hard like concrete, the AC was leaking, making the floor wet and our bags wet. bad experience and not a good location.

A nice stay!

Ha Long stop over
Pros:

We stayed for the night before a cruise on Ha Long bay. Hotel is run by caring and warm staff who were very accommodating. Plenty of local food options within walking distance.
