Ingenting - då vi fick det vi förväntade oss plus ännu bättre!

Our room had 0 sound insulation, the noise from the street and the neighbors was overwhelming like there were no doors or walls. The furniture in our room was at least 25 years old, our bed was actually an expendable sofa which was not stated, terribly unconfortable and noisy for our 12 day stay, not to mention that it was very narrow for 2 people. Needless to say, we slept poorly throughout our stay.

The kitchen is terribly outdated with kitchen elements literally falling apart and with very little utensils, all of which were different. We wanted to save some money and cook, but it was impossible.

The shared toilets although clean were really old and are in dire need of a fix up.

There are obvious issues with electricity which brings a doubt of safety in the apartment - the breakers would switch off every time somebody turned on the kettle in the kitchen, switching off all power, lights and heating. It seems that a lot of electrical devices are connected to one extension cord that goes from our room to the hallway through an improvised wall hole - which seems super unsafe and definitely contributes to the breakers overload issue.

The room had only a super tiny old heater which was not enough to bring the temperature even close to a comfortable one.

Although close to the center, the overall neighborhood is dirty and does not feel very pleasent.

Huset er veldig gammelt og trenger mye reparasjoner. Kjøkkenet mangler mye hvitevarer og redskaper. Dessuten ble det funnet veggedyr på sengene.

I stayed here for one month and had a terrible experience. Two days after my arrival, the hot water was gone and I had to take cold showers for almost three weeks. I reported the problem to the host immediately, but I was constantly repair took more than 18 days. Imagine living in october without hot water and booking thinks this is totally fine. What a joke.

This situation completely ruined my trip. I became sick, had allergic reactions, and had to cancel all my plans because I couldn’t even take a proper shower.

What is even more disappointing is that Booking.com did not help me at all. Despite contacting them multiple times, they ignored my case and never provided a proper solution. I am leaving this review so future guests know what to expect. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place or the platform’s support based on my experience. AVOID BOOKING.COM. I don't care if landlord had a reason or not. 18 days is not acceptable and not normal.


Besides those: Paper thin walls.

My room was facing to the balcony, not secure in my opinion on hot days everyone can see you sleeping in your bed if you dare to open your window. And room was completely full of mold and even with a problem like having no hot water 18 days i can't even get any refund from booking :) amazing customer service, amazing listing... WHAT A JOKE (adding the photos)

The rooms are very hot, and there is only a small fan to help mitigate this.

No problems with noisy or inconsiderate guests, so I slept well.

There remains a problem at night when it is dark of no light in the main stairwell, which can present a hazard and, in causing difficulty, getting my key into the door to the flat.

It is a hostel but a good one at that.

El casero muy antipático, prepotente, sabelotodo y controlador.
La cocina era peligrosa con la bombona del gas , casi se incendia la cocina entera debido a las malas instalaciones que tiene(cables pegados con cinta aislante, fugas de gas,bombonas de gas, antiguo…)
Uno de los baños tenía un interruptor pegado con celo, y el otro baño principal no tragaba el desagüe correctamente.
Desde la ventana de la habitación veíamos gente enfrente a 5 metros, y no había persianas. Varias noches escuchamos gritos y gente manteniendo relaciones.
A parte de las instalaciones , hay muy poca comodidad e intimidad.
Tuvimos una discusión con el casero porque nos quitó la llave del apartamento teniendo en vigor la reserva porque nos quiso echar por lo sucedido con la cocina(problema de las instalaciones).
Ademas de esto,estuvo toda la noche sin dejarnos salir porque si no nos cerraba la habitación y no podíamos volver a entrar al alojamiento, el cual habíamos pagado.
Vino la policía por nuestra llamada y se ponía flamenco con ellos y sin dejarles pasar.
Fuimos sin saber que era un piso COMPARTIDO y desde que le mostramos nuestra incomodidad nos ha tratado amenazante y con desigualdad a los demás huéspedes ya que dejaba tomar a otras personas bebidas alcohólicas en la terraza y a nosotras no.
