Habitaciónes Cerca del Centro

As this is shared accommodation, some people were coming back at different times and even keeping the noise to a minimum, still, I was kept awake. I was expecting it, and for the price, I could accept it.

Der größte Nachteil war das Bett. Es war ein wackeliges Klappbett, das ständig hin und her wackelte. Die Kissen waren unbequem, und wir haben kaum geschlafen. Außerdem war das Zimmer trotz einer kleinen Heizung kalt. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man Gespräche in der Nachbarwohnung hören kann:(

Bardzo nieprzyjemnie w kuchni, stare i zapyziałe wyposażenie. Skiśnięta stara gąbka do naczyń, ścierka.. Brak lampki nocnej w pokoju. Rozklekotane łóżko. Przeszklone drzwi (matowe szkło, ale mniej prywatności i światło wpada z korytarza). Pokój zdecydowanie do remontu

Al momento de llegar Alicante, mi vuelo se retrasó más de una hora, me demoré muchísimo en mis maletas. Lo que generó que llegara cerca de las 22.35hr me ha cobrado la multa, al no contar con efectivo acordamos que al día siguiente se lo daría, más al salir al día siguiente no dejé el efectivo en la mesa de arrimo. Puesto no confiaba que lo recibiera, por lo que me llamaron cerca de las 14 hrs, diciéndome de formas muy exaltadas que porque no he dejado el efectivo de la multa (20€)le explico la situación, más se exacerba, preguntándome dónde estaba que iría por ese efectivo. Le sugiero una transferencia a lo que aceptó. Dejando bastante que desear en su formas de hospedaje.
La cama en la que dormí bastante incómoda, antigua. No se lograba descansar.
En la mañana al ir a bañarme, el agua de la ducha se encontraba helada. Voy a ver el termo, se encontraba desconectado. Teniendo que esperar que el agua calentara, al preguntarle a Guillermo su única respuesta fue que estaba todo bien, al contarle que estaba desconectado, solo refirió asombro.
Dejando bastante que desear su forma de hospedaje.

Ingenting - då vi fick det vi förväntade oss plus ännu bättre!

Our room had 0 sound insulation, the noise from the street and the neighbors was overwhelming like there were no doors or walls. The furniture in our room was at least 25 years old, our bed was actually an expendable sofa which was not stated, terribly unconfortable and noisy for our 12 day stay, not to mention that it was very narrow for 2 people. Needless to say, we slept poorly throughout our stay.

The kitchen is terribly outdated with kitchen elements literally falling apart and with very little utensils, all of which were different. We wanted to save some money and cook, but it was impossible.

The shared toilets although clean were really old and are in dire need of a fix up.

There are obvious issues with electricity which brings a doubt of safety in the apartment - the breakers would switch off every time somebody turned on the kettle in the kitchen, switching off all power, lights and heating. It seems that a lot of electrical devices are connected to one extension cord that goes from our room to the hallway through an improvised wall hole - which seems super unsafe and definitely contributes to the breakers overload issue.

The room had only a super tiny old heater which was not enough to bring the temperature even close to a comfortable one.

Although close to the center, the overall neighborhood is dirty and does not feel very pleasent.
