Please note that no lift is available in the property and some rooms need to be reached by many stairs.

Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km far from the property. Guests can take a shuttle then will have a 500-metre walk to reach the Hotel on Mont Saint-Michel. The parking is charged up to 20€ per day and / or per outing, the rates are on the website of the Tourist Office of Mont Saint Michel

Pros:

Le site est super, au plein coeur du mont Saint Michel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pris dans un autre hôtel du groupe était nul. On a demandé du thé noir, le personnel nous a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas. J’avais l’impression d’être dans les Bronzés qui demandent une crêpe au sucre dans une crêperie : désolé on fait pas ça ici. On se lève 2 min pour aller se resservir, une servante débarrasse notre table entre temps. 10 min d’attentes pour avoir du pain, servi à moitié décongelé.

Cons:

Check-in autre hôtel extérieur au Mont + bagagerie autre hôtel pour récupérer les clés + hôtel lui-même avec petite chambre lits inconfortables, aucun personnel + réveillé à 6h30 par les poubelles + petit-déjeuner dans encore un autre restaurant = 4 établissements pour peu dormir et TRÈS CHER

Not a good stay

The room was very clean.

Cons:

There are many things I did not like. First of all the hotel we booked has a check-in at a different hotel. When we went to the different hotel, they told us that we were being assigned to yet another hotel that is further up. We had no choice to be split up from our friends who stayed at the Mouton Blanc. neither hotel had a reception desk or a way to communicate with the Hotel. When our TV was not working at all, we had to walk to a different hotel to complain, but they could not do anything for us because the TVs were out all over the town. It was very frustrating and we felt inappropriate to be placed at a different hotel from the people we came with and a different hotel from the one we had booked. we paid for breakfast in the room, right but the breakfast was located a few blocks away from the hotel at a different restaurant. So much for booking a hotel breakfast because it’s convenient. Having no front desk is really a problem when you have issues in your room and nobody to call. I personally would never recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Понятно,что отель находиться в такой локации.Но цена,качество желает лучшего.Очень дорого за такой сервис.Завтраки не фонтан.Единственное что порадовало,утром встали все успели посмотреть,везде погулять.К 11.00 народу было уже не пройти.

Cons:

Мы приехали поздновато,нету инструкции как попасть во внутрь отеля.Отель находиться по улочке,а рецепция находиться на другой улочке.Нам повезло,дама заходила в отель и нас провела к рецепции.А так бы ночевали у входа😁.

Pros:

Dormir sur le Mont Saint-Michel chargé d'histoire et pouvoir visiter de nuit les rues ! Ambiance garantie.. Logement propre et bien équipé.

Cons:

Les commerçants qui sortent des poubelles a 7h du matin (c'est normal mais très très bruyant). L'isolation phonique (normal pour des bâtiments dd cette âge)

Superbe expérience au Mont-Saint-Michel.
Pros:

Être au sein même du Mont est clairement un atout, nous avons aimé le calme du matin et du soir. La chambre en elle même a les équipements nécessaires pour un minimum de confort, elle n’est pas grande mais bien aménagé, le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon. Une expérience que nous avons adoré.

Cons:

C’est dans les details mais l’emplacement du papier WC qui n’est pas top, le fais d’être dans un ensemble d’établissement pour l’enregistrement, petit déjeuner etc…

Not for anyone who is physically challenged or expecting a high level of customer service. Think camping!

I liked the fact that I was staying on Le Mont Saint Michel and having an authentic experience

Cons:

Very outdated. Smelled like mold. I wasn’t forewarned about the difficulty of getting up the narrow spiral staircase to the room. I managed, but it was very difficult and unsafe, with no help offered by the hotel.
