Please note that no lift is available in the property and some rooms need to be reached by many stairs.

Please note that the nearest car park is 2 km far from the property. Guests can take a shuttle then will have a 500-metre walk to reach the Hotel on Mont Saint-Michel. The parking is charged up to 20€ per day and / or per outing, the rates are on the website of the Tourist Office of Mont Saint Michel

Exactly what we needed in order to be on island but had zero luxuries.
Pros:

It was on the island itself and was a cute little room with a loft. Great location and what we were looking for.

Cons:

No AC and the loft was not able to be slept in due to heat. Staff barely helps you and communicates as little as possible. Zero directions, kind of a find it yourself kind of deal. We are pretty savvy luckily.

keine klimaanlage, kein kühlschrank. bei normalen temperaturen oke, bei über 30 grad nicht. wir hatten keine möglichkeit unseren hund abzukühlen.

Stay in a hotel off the island

It is on the island of Mont Saint- Michel

Cons:

Check -In was confusing. It is not at the hotel. It was in another building. This was not mad clear in any of the emails I received. Especially the one that stated our room was ready. The door to the hotel was locked and the restaurant was closed. Another couple was there with the same issue. Luckily they were French and asked other shopkeepers what to do. I tried to call, no answer. I emailed, didn't receive a response until the next day.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans l'établissement malgré la canicule. Y a un emplacement pour un frigo dans la chambre mais pas de frigo.. corbeille de fruits sympa mais pas de couteau pour les kiwis..pour un trois étoiles. bruit des chariots ravitaillant les commerces la nuit -03h00- sympa pour dormir.

Magische locatie voor een fikse prijs.
Pros:

Wat een locatie om te overnachten! Mont Saint Michel heeft toch iets magisch.

Cons:

Hondonvriendelijk ondanks dat hij mee mocht. Kamer best duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Dus de rest van de prijs vanwege de locatie is een aardige opslag.

Perfect for those who love puzzles.

The room's location is interesting, right in the center of the village, and that's all the advantages of this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel's logistics were dreadful: first you had to check in on the mainland, then pay the city tax somewhere on the island itself, then pick up your room key in a third place, and then find your room somewhere in the village. It took us about three hours to check in, and we decided we'd never return to the hotel again and would instead rent something on the mainland.

Une nuit au Mont c'est un peu féérique.

Le personnel est discret.
La chambre dans l'annexe etait plus facile d'accès et la vue était jolie.
La chambre au Mouton blanc donnant sur la rue était plus chaude ; heureusement comme il n'y avait pas trop de monde on a pu ouvrir la fenêtre sans nuisance sonore .
Le calme de cette nuit et une très bonne literie nous ont permis à tous de passer un très bon moment.
Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes et c'est normal ( on est au Mont) mais elles sont très bien équipées.

Cons:

Comme je suis petite, j'ai trouvé la baignoire un peu haute en accès et un peu glissante.

The experience

Cons:

It was very hard to find the hotel. We found it eventually but then we had to go to another building to do the check-in and get the key. A code was sent to us which we user in the barrier but that wasnt actually the code.

Would love to visit again and spend more time. We stayed on the island. Feel so blessed that I got to visit!

It was very unique. The views from our was spectacular. You could see both to the west overlooking the bay and the east to one of the old cemetery and the Abby

Cons:

Loved it! Most amazing place ever! Not a good place for someone who has trouble waking or climbing! Great challenge for me!
