Very dirty
Pros:

The location was great

Cons:

It was really really dirty. There was mold everywhere, trash (including a menstrual pad) and a lot of dust under my bed. The paint on the walls and doors was cracked and the lights kept flickering.

Poměr cena, místo a výkon = dobré. Kdyby tam trochu víc uklidili, tak bych dal klidně 7 z 10ti.
Pros:

Velmi blízko centra, velmi blízko obchodů, restaurací, veřejné dopravy. Příjemná obsluha, levné.

Cons:

Postele byly v pořádku, toalety a sprchy také, ale zbytek by zasloužil mnohem důkladnější úklid a snahu o čistotu. Neodsouvat postel....

Limpieza horrible, papeles sucios de otros inquilinos, restos en el váter, alfombra con manchas extrañas y juntas con moho. La cama tenía una mancha enorme en el edredón. El baño corresponde al tamaño de un armario pequeño, hay que entrar de lado y la ducha está en el mismo compartimento haciendo que cada vez que te duches se moje la habitación.

La habitación da de cara a una estación de tren y suena cada 30 minutos lo que impide el sueño.

En cuanto al personal, la trabajadora después de tener el check-in a las 12:00 (aprobada la petición desde hacía una semana) llegó al encuentro una hora después, encontrándose dentro del mismo "hotel" y de malas maneras intentó cobrar una tasa por hacer el check-in antes de las 14:00 pese a estar aprobado. La puerta de la recepción se queda muchas veces abierta sin supervisor.

🇮🇹 L'esperienza più sgradevole della mia vita

Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione

Cons:

La totale mancanza d'igiene e manutenzione della struttura. Tutti sanno che in UK usano la moquette dappertutto, ma bisogna PULIRLA. Macchie di sporco, cattivo odore, spazi angusti, rifiniture rotte e malfunzionanti. Un totale disastro.
Il posto è gestito da giovani indiani (che dormono nel sottoscala dello stesso edificio), senza nulla togliere alle loro mansioni, non ho visto nessuno fare le pulizie. Io mi chiedo come sia possibile consentire l'esercizio a una struttura così mal gestita e... cara.

Location was great!

Cons:

Mouldy shower room, heater hanging from wall, secondary glazing half panel missing, carpet dirty, wardrobe hinge hanging off.
Not hotels fault but two of the four nights I stayed, I was woken up by someone trying to kick the front door in and my room was nearest to it! No staff there to deal with it! Very disappointing, I was staying as I had a work course with exams and didn't sleep well due to those incidents.

Pros:

We have stayed several times , basic but great location. We booked a deluxe twin which was probably worse than other rooms.
Don't rent the room that leads on to a patio area that is filled with rubbish

Super gross and disgusting, not worth the money. The most terrible experience I ever had.

location, very close to Victoria station

Cons:

Everything was extremely gross and disgusting, dirty room with stained bedding and towels. Carpets also were stained yellow and stunk. Wifi was constantly disconnecting.
Didn’t have a bathroom in the room, but it would’ve been okay if only the communal bathroom wasn’t that disgusting. No hot water and body hair everywhere. At least thanks for the toilet paper.
