I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours).
Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy

The manager was rude and obnoxious and denied me entry even tho I had paid in full snd would not refund me

As we are non smoker, we found most of the other stayer were smokers and smoke getting in room.

Great location, restaurant food really good.. many choices. Staff all very helpful.
Our room was quite dated although bed comfortable. The carpet looked quite tired.
