The location. Great being downtown. Enjoyed sitting on the porch.
I would like a chair. In the room and some comfortable chairs in a lounge in the entrance way. The area is not large but maybe they could rearrange the entrance way.
Very nice place
Old Historical hotel
Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. All that one needed. The renovated space is very well done. I was staying for a conference so I was not able to partake in all the luxuries of the bar, restaurant, and Main St, but l will be back for another conference and intend on bookending it with some free time so I can do so. The small interactions I had with the staff were pleasant and seems like a good crew
Would have been nice to have a self service coffee bar in the lobby/lounge/bar area vs the room just to have hot coffee ready to go. I noticed a lot of the guest were there with Kayaks and/or mountain bikes so having coffee ready for us early risers would be nice (but perhaps too unpredictable for setting up coffee urns)
Spa Tub was Amazing
Broken lock box that was a known issue and no one around to care at 9:45 for an hour with my seven-year-old. Kind of made all the good stuff not so great anymore.

DISAPPOINTED with having a Handicap room without comfortable chairs.
Had to sit in uncomfortable desk chair beside bed and no place to sit comfortable in room.
We love staying at The Union Hotel. It's quaint and clean. Great location with easy parking and
we visited the cute store across the street this visit and loved that as well.
We didn't partake of the breakfast because we grabbed a bite out and then went to
the craft and art show in town.
It’s a beautiful, historic building and decorated appropriately.
The room was very small and considering the cost was higher, we were disappointed to not have a lamp and nightstand on both sides of the bed, no small table and no chairs at all. A breakfast was left on a tray but we had to eat it sitting on the bed, spreading a towel underneath so we wouldn’t leave crumbs. The space between the wall and foot of bed was less than two feet.
Beautiful with a lot of history!
Cold marble floors. Missing a safety grab bar by tub.
We felt very safe in the parking area. The bar was awesome! Great selection of seasonal drinks!
Nice comfortable hotel. Easy to find and lots of parking. Room was well appointed, very clean and quiet. The bar/restaurant on premise was great.
Only one side table by the bed so no place to set my phone and watch except on the floor, on one side of the bed.
Need a grab bar in the shower.
I love ild /historic hotels. I’ve stayed here before & loved it. This time we were in a 3rd floor room and there was a loud intermittent noise emanating from above the bathroom. I assume it was the elevator as it was adjacent to our room. I used a sound/ oise alp to mask the sound, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and very nicely appointed. The in-room coffee was awful!!! One cup was enough. The food & drinks at the bar were exceptional, as was the service. We did have trouble accessing the front door of the hotel after hours, & had it nit been for someone exiting, we would have had to use the emergency # given. The code didn’t work after *several* tries! Understand you are paying for a clean & comfortable room, and a ‘continental breakfast’ left in your room. It’s beautifully restored/updated.
