not a good choice .Better to stay a bit far away with same price and good facilities

Location was good . near city centre

Cons:

There is a gap between the the bathroom door and the floor and when I opened the door, my toes trapped between the lower end of the door and the floor and peeled off the skin of my toes.. There should be some protective covering beneath the toilet door. Also the room was very hot and there was no fan in the room and no ventilation spot.

Extremely disappointed and will not book again or forward to friends as a recommendation.
Pros:

Honestly nothing. The room was not at all as advertised. The room did not fit two grown adults. There was no room for any of our things. The rack to be used was too high. The bed way too small for two adults. The only window would not open for ventilation. The area outside the room was constantly loud from other occupants.
The bathroom smelled of mold. The shower door would not stay closed. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain. No number for person to contact.
Hole in wall at base of door, wall paper peeling, cobwebs in every corner, spider behind the bed. Bathroom door could not open fully because of position of bed.

Cons:

Also when asked if there was anything of special request I stated that it was our 17th anniversary and would like extra tea. I received an email saying that “the request we received can be fulfilled”. There was no special “extra” tea. The tea available are only packets at a bookshelf bar for anyone to take.

Pros:

Fantastic place and a good location. Just opposite the park. Remote check in but easy to follow instruction. Lovely room, very clean and tidy.

Unfortunately we wouldnt recommed anyone this accomodation, terrible value for money.
Pros:

The location next to the park was great and quite peaceful, there are multiple bus stops near the apartment, also the big grocery store.

Cons:

The bed was horrible, the springs in the mattress kept bouncing every time you turn. There is nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom, we only got one towel each, no hand towels. There was nowhere to hang your jacket or bag since there are no hangers on the walls, only a few coat hangers in the small closet. The window didnt work, you could open it but you couldnt keep it opet, it slowly closes (drops down), we used empty pringles can to keep it opet. The wallpaper on the wall behind your head when laying in bed is dirty, also the radiators. The shower cabin was dirty (not just old, dirty). Maybe the other rooms are better and we got the worst one, since we can't find it among the pictures of rooms.

Bring earplugs if you want to sleep
Pros:

Um... the location and car park being free in the back. And the smart way of picking and dropping keys off

Cons:

Well... The hotel had a smell when you stepped in. It is very noisy, the bed was full of springs and uncomfortable, the bathroom was small, I mean... You can fit in it, but thats about it, very tight. I couldnt sleep all night as the entrance door kept being slammed, people walking by the corridor. There is zero sound proofing and you can hear absolutely everything. The bed was also quite small, given I mentioned it was for 2 people. I dont think it was worth the amount I paid...

Lovely stay in Leith - a great stopover.
Pros:

Great location and great parking. Very practical place to stay. Lovely to be right on the park and very near the tram stop (even though they weren’t running!). Lots of places for breakfast near the rooms.

Cons:

Our room was quite tight for space. Great for one night. Or fine for one person. Everything worked but nothing felt loved.
