Great value. Excellent room & service but earplugs required.
Pros:

Spacious room, biggest we have experienced in Japan. Excellent suply of toiletries. Close to Osaka Itami Airport.

Cons:

Industrial area & noisy neighbour.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and helped us settle in our accommodation. The location is kind of far from train stations so we had to walk 15 minutes everyday to train station. Also no laundry at the place was a disadvantage too. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here!

Cons:

We booked not knowing its a love hotel so it felt a bit strange sleeping on beds

Pros:

ウェルカムドリンク・シャンプー等が選べるのは良かったです。

Cons:

ラブホではなく普通のホテルという案内があったが、自分たちが部屋から出たい時にいちいちフロントに連絡しなければならなかったり、鍵ではなくフロントに開けてもらわなければいけないなど、不便すぎました

スタッフさんがとても親切でホスピタリティーを感じます。

Cons:

バスルームの蛇口が水垢が固着しているのか？メッキ不良？かで以前よりも汚れていた。
それ以外は清潔で満足
