Bed , amenities, staff behaviour

Cons:

The charging sockets are broken , bathroom spray was not working , bathroom is not clean and cracks in washbasin, wall tiles. Even the door lock is broken , we 3 people stayed in one room. One had to stand full night awake to make sure we're safe .

Enjoyed stay with family. Perfect location. Recommended to my brother who is visitng in Jan-2026
Pros:

Restaurant down was very good and food was very good and people at the restaurant were very courteous.
Hotel location was very convenient, just opposite to the Bus stand.
Room was kept very clean and the corridors also were kept clean.
Parking place has to be increased.

Cons:

Parking place on the sides of the hotel has to be made ready quickly since work was going on, though security person was there for support.
