Clean. Bright. Modern. A touch of luxury to a seaside visit.
Pros:

The staff were BRILLIANT. Friendly, helpful, above and beyond. The room was clean and light, the spa was immaculate, relaxing. The decor and hotel style is stunning, everything looked and felt intentional, I highly recommend.

Nice restaurant at the front, had a pool.

Cons:

Our room was in a completely separate building, 2 buildings down from the hotel which was very confusing. Didn’t really feel like we were staying at the hotel to be honest! Also no bar service at the pool bar.

Pros:

Cons:

Room was in as separate building to the hotel a good 100 m away.

Room had all the facilities but minus a kettle and a coffee machine instead.

A gorgeous luxury hotel in a great location.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a terrific location. Sea front and 10 minute’s walk from St Anne’s centre. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. We had a massive bed and huge tv in our room as well as being able to see the sea from the night sky bay window. Breakfast is top quality and waiter service, much better than a pushy buffet. A great place to stay.

Cons:

Our room, 208, was reached by two steps and the bathroom, although large was accessed by 3 steps down. So not really suitable if you have mobility issues.

The majority of staff were friendly and amenable.

Cons:

Insufficient disabled parking bays.
The rooms were cold. No heating in the bathroom.
The dining room mixed up our order (twice).

Lovely hotel staff very welcoming one of our favourite hotels
Pros:

We had lunch our first day which was excellent great value for money. Breakfast was great. Very stylish hotel

Cons:

Our was quite dark with small window despite this it was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Good bathroom
