Class beautiful hotel. Food AMAZING!! Room was beautiful.. bar staff fantastic knowledge on wines & recommendations. Central to beautiful Lytham. 5 star all round.
Nothing. Was perfect.
Beautifully decorated, good parking, lovely location.
Restaurant staff a little snooty
Clean, well presented, quiet, and room was as described
Great location with views of the sea, room was large, contemporary decorated with a huge balcony. Good location for seaside, pier and St Anne’s High Street. Main hotel was beautiful, great breakfast.
We were put in the ‘Annex’ which I assumed was within the grounds of the main hotel or attached to it, but it was down the road with no reception, no room service, for breakfast we had to walk down the street in the rain to the main hotel. There were workmen working around the stairwell with plastic on the floor, no-one to show us where the room was. Key card was required to exit the property and we asked for a late check out, then waited for our taxi for a few minutes in the downstairs lobby (which seems a huge waste of space) by which time our key card had been cancelled and we couldn’t get out. Had to shout for a cleaner to let us out. Seemed a lot of money for a not very special feel for the place although the room was fine.
Everything was really great
Only thing i would say is when we came to check out and pay our evening meal bill, the receptionist was on the phone taking a booking, another member of staff tried to help but couldn't as the one computer was in use, we had to wait 10 minutes, no big deal but there was somebody behind us, so another laptop would help
The whole experience of staying at The Grande was very positive ....the trip with both my daughter & daughter in law was part of my daughter's 40th Birthday Celebrations which she thoroughly enjoyed.
The staff were very helpful & friendly from the moment we arrived to our departure today.
We had no concerns regarding our stay and will definitely be visiting The Grande again.
I would like to make enquiries if I could book a meal for approx 14-16 people in the restaurant on Friday 14th August late afternoon in celebration of my husband's 70th Birthday. I noticed whilst being at The Grande, their is a section(side room) on your right as you are walking towards the restaurant that a large group of people were having a 'celebration', the room really nice & private.
I would be very grateful if this request could be considered if this is at all possible.
Look forward to hearing back from you
Yours Kindly

The staff were extremely pleasant and happy, welcoming and helpful.
The one complaint we had was the noise from outside. I think we had been put in a room.over machinery like air conditioning units or heating machinery..I can only sleep with a window open and so it did disturb my sleep..
Big vlean room, spa / gym if wanted
Nothing
The main building is stunning, fresh and modern but utilising the original architecture add the the “grand” feeling of the hotel.
Everything is in the hotel which makes is a lovely experience for an easy night away. Worth the value, I’m always happy to pay more to get the value. This place delivers and we will return.
The staff where exceptional.
We originally booked the Annex but where moved into the main hotel due to building work.
In hindsight, I would not want to be in the annex personally if you really want to use the hotel. The annex does not deliver the same grand feeling, but it does offer some more affordable options. Got me personally now knowing the difference it worth the extra money to stay in the main building and I wound by hesitate to pay the extra for the main building in the future.
Lovely building well looked after.
Clean and great location
