Pros:

Personel war hilfbereicht

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber 😞 der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt, die ferder der Matratze war spürbar alt man konnte nicht schlafen, und das schlimmste war ,aus der Dusche kam Kanal Geruch, wir waren enttäuscht unser Urlaub war ein Albtraum.
