Não gostei do atendimento da administradora do flat: O flat necessita de manutenção: sofá sujo; ar-condicionado sujo; administradores tem um péssimo atendimento, após receberem o pagamento não responderam mais as minhas mensagens e telefonemas. Os administradores devem fazer manutenção no flat para receber os hóspedes com dignidade. Eu que limpei os filtros do ar-condicionado, que estavam imundos, parecendo que nunca foram limpos; não usei o sofá porque estava imundo; as pilhas dos controles remotos da televisão não funcionavam, solicitei pilhas novas e os administradores não me responderam. A minha estada foi péssima.

Não tem café da manhã grátis.

Cons:

O apartamento é pequeno. Só tem um banheiro pra 6 pessoas. A geladeira é pequena, não dá pra colocar quase nada. A moça do WhatsApp é super antipática.
