We had a great few days at Point F, and that's in large part due to the amazing hosts, Ate Angie and Kuya Carl! They were super attentive and incredibly helpful of all of our needs the entirety of our stay.
No matter what time of day it was, they were very responsive to our questions and requests - from fixing a drain issue, to getting us a scooter rental (and this was when every scooter rental place was pretty much booked out), andbooking us an airport transfer - all with a smile on their faces. They really care about their patrons.
As for the place itself, the location is amazing. Equidistant to Cloud 9 boardwalk and the General Luna downtown area; very easy to walk to both, but far enough that it's away from the craziness. There's also plenty of delicious restaurants around.
The room was plenty clean, and we had no problems with the AC not being strong enough. Having a shared kitchen with all the dish- and cookwares, as well as drinking water dispenser, was very useful.

It's not really a dislike, but more of a recommendation: It would be ideal if there were basic toiletries provided and more bars/hooks to hang clothes on.

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auf jede unserer Fragen sind sie sofort eingegangen und haben uns auch viele tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und es gab viel Stauraum.
Auch die Ausstattung war top: Es gab warmes Wasser und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Unser Roller ist plötzlich nicht mehr gestartet und die Gastgeber haben uns sofort abgeholt und uns ohne zusätzliche Kosten einen neuen Roller organisiert. Wirklich total lieb und aufmerksam – wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

i like how clean and complete it is. i appreciate the water heater and the bathroom situation. it's well kept
the air-conditioning unit is waaay too weak. was sweating most of the time despite it on the whole day. it also kept on turning off.
Able to accommodate our group size
It was an Interesting series of events to say the least...
We had booked a double room and a family room and paid for the price for 6 adults (two per double bed) with the exception of the 7th family member being one child aged 6 which couldn't be booked online but were happy to pay extra bed price on arrival, however when arriving were immediately challenged by one of the staff that despite paying the price for 6 adults the booking app didn't say 6 adults (wasn't an option when booking but booking description stated number per room) so became quite a confrontational conversation before we could get the rooms (Ended that we would pay extra bed for the child which we were happy with, and that the 6 adults weren't an issue as we had paid for the rooms which covers that many)
When enquiring about renting a motor or tuktuk the staff member said they would only do so if we booked for our entire stay instead of single day like most other rentals.
It was really good. Nice place and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff was so nice. I would really recommend!
Lovely stay in a lovely family run business. We stayed here for a full week and had a great time. Air conditioned was perfect and worked great which is a need in the Philippines. Bathroom was perfect, shower worked great. Very spacious room, room for moped parking. We even were able to clean our moped wnd sandy feet with their outdoor hose. Lovely host, she made sure everything was perfect.
Quiet area which is hard to find in Siargao.
Loud aircon
Location is ideally located between Cloud 9 and nightlife restaurants/bars/live music, easy 25-30 minute walk. Secluded and quiet. Proprietors Carl and Angie are very attentive, responsive, helpful with suggestions and guides. They arranged airport transfers and tours for me, helped with money exchange (most merchants only accept cash, fyi). Pleasant stay.
I stayed here for almost a week and it was a positive experience. The property is tucked away in a quiet area and it is all ran by the sweetest family.
Super friendly staff and perfect location !
The rooms were very spacious and very tidy. The staff were the absolute best. They were attentive and very kind to our family. Their 2 dogs greeted us just as much as the staffs did. Overall our family had a very pleasant stay, we'll definitely come back here again!

I was hesitant to book due to previous reviews but there is hot water, ac, comfortable bed, it is clean, calm, cosy and you have all you need for the stay! Family hosting was very friendly and ready to help with all I needed - from scooter rental to van to airport.

The place was very beautiful and comfortable. Owners were very accomodating and helpful in setting us up with airport pickup and drop off, island tours, motorcycle rentals and surfing lessons! They made our stay on this island memorable. Definitely recommend this place and my wife and I are excited to comeback and stay at Point F Siargao again!
