Only the double rooms feature a balcony, which is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, they could be requested upon arrival. The property also offers rooms with bunk beds specially designed to welcome pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago.

Relaxing and well run hostel!
Pros:

Very nice place, nice host,good home cooked food and beautiful location.

Cons:

Just be aware there could be up to three flights of stairs depending where your room is. I walk with a cane and it was not an issue for me.

Pros:

Great restaurant on the main floor. I thought the food was great. The “mixed” salad was large, and had tuna on top, filling main course and good apple dessert. You have to take your bag/suitcase to an area at the side of the hotel, and then take your shoes off when you come in which was different than I’ve experience, but it was all fine. The Alberge was surrounded by farms, enjoyed seeing the cows in the field across the way. Quite idyllic.

Wonderful albergue that maintains high standards for their guests...would stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent place to rest and eat prior to climb to O'Cebreiro. Clean and quiet, good facilities.

Cons:

Can't offer anything that displeased me....was a rather pleasant experience al'round.
