Genial alojamiento para visitar Bernal.
Pros:

La ubicación, la comodidad en la habitación.

Cons:

Un poco la disposición del espacio en el estacionamiento, pero es la suficiente para no batallar en estacionar el auto y dejarlo acomodado.

Hotel excelente, bonito y barato
Pros:

Las habitaciones remodeladas están muy bonitas, el hotel es súper tranquilo, muy bonito, de estilo mexicano y silencioso. La ubicación es inmejorable y el servicio 10/10

En el día las habitaciones pueden calentarse mucho en época de calor y en la noche si se siente más el calor adentro de la habitación que afuera, pero prendiendo el ventilador de techo se arregla eso

La ubicacion es lo mejor que existe, esta a 3 mins de la plaza principal caminando.
La vista a la Peña es increible!
Muy limpias las instalaciones.

the only staff helpful, kind and offering how to help was a man called Señor Asunción (Don Chon)

Cons:

the room has a wood-glass door with a very thin curtain, so it was uncomfortable knowing people passing by was seeing inside our bedroom!
blankets smelling disgusting. pillows very uncomfortable and just 1 per person, in other hotels less expensive they provide 2 good pillows per person!
weather very cold, neither doors nor windows were blocking the cold air gusts coming in, they dont provide a heater!
the lady in reception not friendly at all. Sr Chon very helpful and kind.

Great location and beautiful room
Pros:

Hotel Casa Caro is in a great location in the center of Bernal, but not RIGHT in the main area, so it's away from much of the music and noise. The hotel staff was great - they gave me the option of two different rooms when I arrived and organized a taxi for me to get to the Querétaro airport. My room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel wifi doesn't reach to the back section of the hotel where I was staying (and where at least half the rooms at this small hotel are located). Additionally, while my room was beautiful, it only had one small window and was very dark.
