THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN NEEDED. BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC FOR A FIRST TIMER LIKE ME. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND HARDLY ANY MOSQUITOES. OVERALL, VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.
THE ONE THING THAT DISYURBED ME WAS THAT I WAS ASKED TO PAY UPFRONT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MY STAY, TO WHICH I HAD TO LEAVE MY BAGGAGE AT THE FRONT DEST AND GO IN SEARCH OF A MONEY CHANGER TO WHICH WAS VERY ALARMING AS I HAD NOT SET FOOT IN THE HOTEL. HAD TO WASTE TIME FOR 2-3 HOURS BECAUSE OF THAT ....

It was the only place available.
It's dirty and smelly. It needs cleaning and maintenance in the bathroom and on the drains.The restaurant is just a room where they order in food from outside and often forget your order. It takes at least an hour to get anything. The WiFi is very weak and the power goes off regularly. All in all about average for India.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Ace prime hotel . staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean and the downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret thank you, Will recommend to my colleagues.
