Excellent hôtel avec piscine et au calme.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et confortable dans un bungalow autour de la piscine. Personnel serviable et efficace. Hôtel au calme, à l'écart des bruits de la ville. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Néant.

Pros:

We booked this hotel like day before our stay, so there were not many options to choose from at the begging. The Hotel is off the main street which is good, but it is far from the beach if you plan on going there daily. We booked a room for 3, and it was spacious and clean, with a little porch you enter it from. In the evening overrun by small lizards, but nothing to worry about. The outdoor pool we did not used, but we seen people using it. There were some fruits as a welcome gift, which we felt it was nice. The breakfast was on a weaker side, not much to choose from, but not the worst we had. We did enjoy it eating by by pool though. Helpful staff, english speaking.

Cons:

The cost. I know Phu Quoc is way more expensive but we think we could get more for the price we paid.

Бассейн, персонал и отдалённость от оживлённой улицы - это отлично!
Отель очень уставший, но в целом цена/качество - хорошо.
Если вы хотите быть рядом с центральной туристической улицей, но при этом спать в тишине от её шума , то этот отель то, что нужно. Если вы хотите красивый ухоженный пляж, с голубой прозрачной водой - то вам не сюда, а на Кхем бич (восточная часть острова). Так же ухоженный пляж и красивая набережная в районе "Мариина" (северная часть Лонг Бич), но вдоль всего Лонг Бич вода зелёная и не прозрачная.
Байк решает все проблемы с пляжами :)

Cons:

Не убирали матрасы с шезлонгов на время дождей, а они шли всю ночь. Очень неприятно лежать на мокром шезлонге :(
Остальное всё мелочи, мы не привередливые туристы))

Хорошее соотношение цена-качество для объекта в центре острова! Отдыхал здесь два раза. Рекомендую!
Pros:

Очень дружелюбный улыбающийся персонал в отеле. Всегда готовы помочь, ответить на вопросы. Стоимость проживания недорогая, номер большой, бассейн чистый. Территория тихая, можно спокойно спать всю ночь. Поэтому я побывал здесь уже второй раз. Был готов жить на несколько дней больше, но номера были уже раскуплены.

Cons:

Я отдыхал во время Лунного нового года (ТЕТ) и прямо в праздничный день сломался кондиционер. Персонал оперативно принесли мне вентилятор, а на следующий день кондиционер починил пришедший инженер. Я доволен, что работники готовы быстро помочь даже в праздничные дни.

Location is also good only 20 minutes from the airport which is ideal

Pros:

Laid back, very friendly resort, this is my 3rd visit to Hoi An so that says it all, this is the best, value for money hotel in Phu Quoc, and i have stayed in quite a few and looked at many others, everything you need, spotlessly clean, walkjng distance to main rd, should have a review score of 9+,

Everything was great, fantastic location, really quiet, a great sleep, but just a short walk to all the action extremely comfy beds, lovely swimming pool, staff are fantastic, even have sweets in reception, the best value for money in phu quoc, and I have stayed in 10 hotels, and really good value for money

Nothing, everything was brilliant, highly recommend

Prachtig met een minpunt voor de hanenoverlast.
Pros:

Prachtige oase met kamers rondom het zwembad. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Fijn verblijf gehad.

Cons:

We hadden veel last van de hanen bij de buren. Die waren 's morgens met het ochtendgloren al aan het kraaien. Hierdoor werden we vroeg wakker.

The staff were very good, friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest and there was mould in the bathroom. The wardrobe was very dusty so we didn't want to hang up clothes.

The pool looked lovely but there were broken and loose tiles aroundm the area.

It was set back off the main road but there was an area with several cockrells next to our room which crowed from around 3am continously.

We were supposed to stay for 8 nights but left after 2.

Pros:

Un endroit top , très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied des bars et restaurants et de la plage. Très calme. La piscine est très agréable et tout est parfaitement entretenu à l'extérieur. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service
