A nôtre arrivée nous avons été reçu par Josy qui ces montré très agréable et nous a mis immédiatement a l'aise elle nous a très bien indiqué notre chemin pour rejoindre notre chambre durant notre séjour une autre réceptionniste du nom de Anastasia c'est montré très charmante le 2 ème soir je me suis rendu au bar ou j'ai été reçu par Laurent le manager et yanne le chef barman leur cocktail sont bon bref super séjour super accueil personnel vraiment au petit soin ils sont dignes de leur 4 étoile et très bien situé ma fiancée et moi reviendrons sans hésiter

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór (shoty energetyczne, herbata arabska). Miły personel. Czystość i sprzątanie.

Cons:

Hałas w pokoju z powodu połączenia drzwiami z innym pokojem (krzyki dzieci do późnej nocy). Brak gorącej wody pod prysznicem (zaledwie ciepła).

Die Lage war super. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Tür. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit vielen Extras (Pantoffeln, Nähset, 2. Kopfkissen...), die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker.

Die Toilettenspülung war nicht stark genug

Ottima soluzione, ben collegato con il centro e con i mezzi pubblici.
Pros:

Pulizia, colazione e camera. Ottima posizione grazie alla fermata metro "Botanique" a 300 metri, e la fermata del tram praticamente di fronte all'albergo. Reception accogliente e disponibile.

Colazione inclusa un pò cara (ma in tutta la città)
