Charmant hôtel avec un personnel à l’écoute et facilitant. Présent 24/24h, on se sent en sécurité. La chambre est moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
Peut-être la côte à grimper pour rejoindre le tramway comme je ne suis pas une grande sportive 😅. Mais l’emplacement est bien 👍🏼.
Месторасположение отличное, все в пешей доступности. Уборка в номере по запросу. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Магазинов рядом много. Улица не шумная. В номере было тепло (март 2026). Соотношение цена качество - хорошо! В общем рекомендую
Кровать немного узковата и матрас слишком мягкий. Пожелание: можно было бы в общей зоне поставить микроволновку
It's okay. The receptionist are welcoming and friendly. They move us to a much better room, when the first room has some issues with the heater. Thank goodness they move us because the first room is cramped. The bathroom was clean and doesn't have that bad smell which is a very good thing.
There were ladies who are hangging out at the small receiving area, they stared at me and my boyfriend when we went down from the stairs, one lady asked us if we needed the room to be cleaned I just realised she's the cleaning lady so I said yes and handed her the keys to our room. But when we come back, she just cleared our bins, yes our trash, change towels and floor mats but our room was still not cleaned. I literally changed the beddings by myself. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff needs to be paid separately to do their job right or something.
The hotel is small, so they only have stairs and no lifts...we were moved to 3rd level since the first room that was assigned to us has a faulty heater.
Un hotel excelente para alojarse en Estambul. Habitaciones restauradas, muy bien cuidadas y limpias.
El personal es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que sea, con honestidad.
El barrio es perfecto si quieres experimentar el Estambul auténtico. Es muy seguro y tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Además, el hotel está a un corto paseo del Gran Bazar y de la Mezquita de Suleimán, y también muy cerca de Sultanahmet.
Para repetir sin dudarlo.
Симпатичный ремонт, хорошее расположение, чисто, приятный владелец, 15 минут до станции метро, 15 минут до Софии, вокруг много продуктовых
Вход сторожит пушистый кот, не забывайте подкармливать его, если будете тут останавливаться

El personal del establecimiento, al igual que la gente turca, son muy majos y sobretodo dispuestos a ayudar. Puedes confiar tus decisiones en las recomendaciones que te dan, nosotras lo hicimos y estamos muy contentas de haberles hecho caso.

Tout. Excellent dans tous les points. Proche de tout, très très propre. Équipe très humaine et disponible à toute heure. Nettoyage de la chambre à la demande, ils empiètent pas votre vie privée. Tout est parfait.
Quartier très local donc prix très accessibles autour.
In half of the room there was no electricity, fridges and some lights did not work, I have reported and been promised someone will fix it. Nothing happened no apologies or anything. Very small room pretty much only bed was there. The WiFi broke after 4 days...
