I dont even know how is this listed on booking and with 3 stars, i booked 20 days ago, I arrived at the location, there was a 5 stars hotel holding the same name, i kept looking for the place, then i called the property he said wait few minutes, he responded by "sorry we're closed" i have paid for the booking so Im issuing a refund (it's been 5 days now and it was marked as completed idk if im ever getting my money back)
I checked the reviews on google they are all negative, it's probably someone who's pretending to have a hotel but in fact he's some kind of an airbnb or something.

The place does not exist!
The location is fine. You are very close to main locations. There are a lot of hills but that’s common in Istanbul.
This is not a hotel. It’s an airbnb. There is no hotel name written outside. We stayed for 8 days and we have never seen staff. Our room was never cleaned. The trash was never taken out. There were no towels. We had to buy everything ourselves. If I wanted to book an airbnb, I would have done that. So please don’t be fooled like we did by thinking this is an actual hotel.
I didn't get there because the taxi driver call the number given and it was the wrong hotel 2 other people tried and the same result, so I had to go elsewhere
They didnt able to provide my accommodation dur to their water system issue and they told me find another hotel and they will refund. I found another hotel but they didnt refund even ı followed up many times. I had to deal with Booking.com for weeks to get my refund. Never suggest
Arrived in the evening at a poorly lit residential street somewhere near Taksim Square. The address on our booking confirmation had no house number. There is no signage of a "One Point Hotel" anywhere in this street. I have asked shop keepers about this hotel, but not one had heard of it. Our attempts to call and email the hotel were left unanswered. Ended up booking another hotel that evening for our stay.
Booking.com were similarly unable to get someone from the hotel on the phone, but have received an email 5 days later from them claiming that we have stayed with them without any issues.
We are receiving a refund from Booking, but overall not a great start to our Istanbul break!
P.S. To this day we have not received any communication from One Point Hotel themselves.
The water leaked out to the room after shower.
1- located in the middle of the neighborhood
2- No sign over the building saying that's a hotel
3- wrong address on booking.com, I had to call the hotel to send me the correct address
Clean rooms , a good location 10 Minutes walking to Taksim Square
Very noisy , you could hear the people talking from the other rooms all the time and also there was a woman who was screaming in the corridor in the middle of the night , no idea whether someone from the stuff or a guest.
