Pros:

The location of hotel is convenient, walking distance from train station, the car parking is free and safe which is located in the closed area behind the hotel. The apartment is super new, spacious, well designed with sufficient equipments. The hotel provides all the necessary information in advance.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a box of issue in the living room.

Pros:

Wonderful location for visiting numerous museums and sights on foot. Lovely views from all windows. Spacious, warm (in October), luxurious bathroom/hot shower, comfy beds, nice kitchen/lounge area. Easy/secure parking. Nicolas Was very kind and efficient in adressing our questions.

Ruim modern appartement dicht bij het centrum.
Goed afgesloten parking aan de accomodatie.

Cons:

Handleidingen van de toestellen voorzien (TV, oven, microgolfoven,..).
Gordijnen houden het licht niet goed buiten in de slaapkamers.

Location - distance from the train station - is perfect. Also, the city center is close by...
Apartment is equipped with amazing kitchen, has a cozy terrace and a per-fect bathroom, while sleeping rooms are spacious and bright, overlooking amazing garden at the back of the building.

Cons:

Hygiene is not as great as you would expect from the pictures and for that price. Also, there are no slippers, which is a pity (while there is everything else in the bathroom really), so it's challenging to walk bear foot on cold floor covered in ceramics, so we ended up wearing our shoes most of the time in the apartment...

Für Premium reicht eine schicke Einrichtung nicht aus, wenn die Details nicht stimmen. Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Großzügige, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und fußläufig zur Innenstadt (500 m). Schöner überdachter Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Platz. Schlafzimmer ruhig gelegen zur Rückseite, sehr gute Betten und reichlich Kissen. Moderne, große Küche. Sehr schön angelegter Garten. Kostenlose sichere Autostellplätze. Gute Vorabinformationen.

Cons:

- Entgegen der Ankündigung auf der Website war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Code für Schlüssel Last Minute über WhatsApp zugesendet. Immerhin hat der Zugang dann problemlos geklappt.
- Überkomplizierte Check-in-Prozedur vom Vermieter gefordert. Bestandsaufnahme des Inventars quer durch die Wohnung anhand von zahlreichen Fotos, muss dann online bestätigt werden. Hat uns fast 30 min gekostet. Unzumutbar für eine einzige Übernachtung.
- Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft an vielen Stellen verschmutzt (Toilette, Kühlschrank, Herd, Böden, Sofa), siehe Bilder. Fingernägel und Haare im Bad sind absolut indiskutabel, auf diesem Preisniveau sowieso.
- Diverse, offensichtlich seit längerem nicht behobene Schäden (Jalousie im Bad, Couchtisch), siehe Bilder. Besonderes krass: Herausgerissene Lampe im Kinderzimmer mit offenliegenden Elektrokabeln, das geht gar nicht.
- Fernbedienungen der Jalousien funktionieren nur teilweise, vermutlich Batterien leer.
- Minimalistisch ausgestattete Küche (4 Teller, 4 Tassen, ein einziges Küchenmesser, kein brauchbarer Kochtopf). Kochen wird zur Herausforderung.
- Stattdessen überflüssige Schickimicki-Features wie Weinkühlschrank.
- Wohnung hatte bei Ankunft 29 Grad. Trotz der großen Fensterfronten ist niemand auf die Idee gekommen die Sonnenschutz-Jalousien vor unserer Ankunft zu schließen.

Die Probleme wurden direkt nach Ankunft an die Unterkunft gemeldet. Außer einer lahmen Entschuldigung für die Unsauberkeit wurden keine weiteren Lösungen angeboten.

Sophisticated modern apartment in a must-see town
Pros:

Excellent apartment. The garden is impressive. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore the garden arriving late in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped. The fridge is large and comes with ice. A bath tub is big. A lovely terrace with a view of the Cathedral. We could charge our car (although you needed a card which the host kindly brought it up in the morning). Check-in was easy. Check-out was simple. There are also a washing machine and a dryer which was useful. The communication with the host was smooth. The bedding/towels were top quality (cotton) and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Mons is an amazing historical town - we wish we could have stayed there longer. A walking distance from the Cathedral and town centre!

Cons:

Just friendly advice: You might want to install mosquito nets in the bathroom. We found a dozen of them in the bathroom at night, of which a few came into our bedroom. I would bring laundry detergent next time. A few espresso cups (demitasse) would have been useful!
