Everything! We always stay here when we visit family in Ireland and every visit is excellent. The staff are really wonderful; helpful, welcoming and approachable.

The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained and the cleaners do a great job!

Food in the restaurant was excellent and very tasty too.

Very unprofessional and disappointing!!

We liked that there were 3 twins and a double in 1 room

Cons:

The kitchen closes earlier than the website states, Leaving our family scrambling. We tried to order room service to our room at 8:45pm and Katherine would not let us. She stated, the cook would NOT let the food get cold. We just needed food for our kids, we did not mind if the food was cold as long as they had something to eat but she would not let that go. The internet did NOT work during our whole stay. Which was one of the reasons we chose this place because we needed the internet. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and cigars!!! There is NO lift to our room! It was all together a NO for our family. Would NOT recommend
