No shuttle to airport
Cons:

I picked this hotel because it was near the airport but there was no airport shuttle and a 5 min taxi to the airport cost 20 euros.

Struttura abbastanza elegante con ampio parcheggio . Colazione discreta . Stanza silenziosa e ampia

Cons:

Come in tutti gli hotel di questa categoria che ho frequentato in Irlanda credo che nella colazione si potrebbe offrire una più ampia varietà di scelta e non solo il tipico breakfast inglese

Great (but - too - short) stay
Pros:

The family room was spacious and comfortable with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (in a separate room). The restaurant offers great food and a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever. The only negative was that we had to leave very early :-)

Amazing Hotel.
Pros:

Everything, this hotel is amazing. But first of all its the staff who make this hotel exceptional. From greeting you at the desk, friendless at check in, information about facilities and most important. Cuisine menu. Dinner mouthwatering, catering for everyone's taste buds. Breakfast pure divine. Perfect 👌 pint of Guinness, which is essential to the thirsty traveling Irishman. Beautiful decor throughout hotel which is awesome. Rooms are just pure bliss. Entrance, again attention to detail second to none. I love the navigational tool, to the right hand side to the rooms. Colors throughout hotel captivating. I have to also add this, I had one late check in at this hotel and I was highly impressed by the security features which are in place. It is a comfort which sometimes people overlook. This is also an excellent addition to the Travellers piece of mind. I would highly recommend this hotel, for any type of event in Shannon, but most of all because of the excellence shown by staff and Management. Truly unique. Thank you very much for the exceptional upkeep of this hotel in every aspect. To all who work here you are a credit to your county ✨️.

Posizione buona e pulito

Cons:

Per fortuna avevamo una tripla il letto matrimoniale era veramente piccolo.
Inoltre stanza al primo piano senza ascensore,per la nostra ala di hotel,ci siamo dovuti portare le valigie su per le scale. Struttura anni 80 da rimodernare, parere personale.
