Cons:

No breakfast available at hotel. Restaurant found closed. Even, tea is also not served. Tea counter is also not maintained at hotel. Doormat is in very dirty condition and in bad shape, full of dust and dirt. Lift was not found working. Staff told that same is under repair whereas no technician available at site.

There was nothing to like.

Cons:

Staff is not in dress, wearing slippers, lift not working. Tea is not served in hotel till 8 am morning. Room not cleaned inspire of reminder, telephone not working, doormat in room in shabby condition. Pillow is so dirty that if used, will fell sick due to fungus etc. Overall in very bad condition. Staff not cooperative and supportive at all.

A nightmare of a hotel....better avoid it

The location was close to the station

Cons:

The dorm was super cold and the windows were not properly sealed. due to a power outage the generator was running and cause a lot of noise. At 5:30am(!!!) a group of young men stormed into the room to make their way to a small sideroom and started repairing something. That made sleep impossible. The bathroom was horrible and no towel was provided. The bed linen was dirty and the staff only changed the pillow case. In the common area there was dirty plates with leftover food. I left immediately and I asked for refund and he said I would need to come back to the hotel to get the money. I then informed booking.com and then he refused to pay me back via a refund through the booking page. The worst nighmare of a stay and the most dishonest property provider I have ever met.
