Overall it was very good.
Pros:

Excellent location... Everything was accessible and the staff was very polite.

Cons:

Breakfast had very limited options and it was same every day. Also the price is slightly higher but guess that is because of the location so cannot complain. Room was OK for me and my daughter. You cannot accommodate a family in the room.

Beautiful, modern, centrally located, and good complimentary breakfast!

Great location and steps away from everything.
Pros:

The location was great. Very close to Theaters, Restaurants and Times Square. The room was clean and quiet. The Hotel Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered free wine in the evening and breakfast was included in the price.

Cons:

The only negative thing I can say is that we didn’t find the pillows comfortable. The bed was very comfortable but not the pillows.

Absolutely would recommend
Pros:

It was clean, quiet, stylish, and had amazing customer service.

Cons:

The breakfast had a lot of limitations for food allergies and seemed to only have dairy options for coffee. Someone told me you could ask for oat milk but no one who works there told me that.

We Like the Pearl and would recommend it and would stay there again.

Overall, a great place to stay.
Pros:

Room was nicely laid out with kitchenette area with nice seating, location right in the theater district which worked well for us. Great breakfast of nice pastries, could use more protein product. Very clean and a comfy bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us efficiently around the city.

Cons:

The ONLY issue was that our television didn't work properly. After long days walking the city, we looked forward to hanging out to watch a movie. A tech person came up to the room very quickly, but really couldn't get it working properly.

Location was great. Easy to get to many activities, attractions and transportation. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Also needed more hangars in the room.
