My day was spectacular!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond—they were absolutely outstanding! I unfortunately lost the note with everyone’s names on it, but every single interaction we had was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and communicated so well.

The complimentary wine was spectacular, too!

Then we got to our suite, which had been upgraded for us in such a short amount of time. It made our stay even more special. Every time I come to New York, this will be my go-to spot. I absolutely loved it!

Spacious room with a great central location.
Pros:

Location was great, beds were comfortable, room was spacious for our family of 5.

Cons:

If you have a street facing room, it is incredibly loud at night and makes it hard to sleep.
