Great hotel for its friendly, accommodating staff, location, and amenities-especially for the money.
Pros:

Loved the 12 noon check-out, free wine hour at 5 o'clock in the lobby, friendly staff, comfy rooms, breakfast, and 24 hour cafe with free coffee and snacks. Also love the international atmosphere. It was our 4th stay here and each time we come, we love hearing all the different languages of the guests from around the world.

Pros:

The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and very professional. The hotel perfectly suited my needs. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and well-run property.

Cons:

The first room I was assigned was a bit noisy and had a heating issue, which affected my initial comfort. However, the staff promptly changed my room and turned my stay into a great experience.
Additionally, breakfast being served on paper plates slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

1.) Personel (bezposredni, nie służalczy ale praktycznie pomocny) :)
2.) Lokalizacja na Manhattanie, blisko wiele dobrych restauracji, Dużo teatrów, Ładna część NY (część NY jest nie bardzo ładna) i chyba ładna część całego świata.
