Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Very poor maintenance. Lift and AC is not working. Bath room was not clean. Some times water is not coming. For families it is not suitable. Bed is not stiff. It will go down.

Pathetic and hotel is a scam for pet owners to book
Pros:

It was a pure scam. I booked this property as it clearly advertised PET FRIENDLY when I booked. Even after booking I still made sure to message them before hand and on day of travel that I have my dog with me. They were all fine with it in the messages. Then when we reached 1st the parking was too small, the car driver parked on the road while a hotel staff told my wife and me to check the rooms and "Only if we like the rooms should we go ahead and park the car". We saw at least 6 rooms to confirm. 1 had issues where the door handles were broken, 1 had the mixer knob missing on the tap, 1 had a broken TV, 1 had pillows with dirty stains on them and they had not even places pilow covers. Finally at room 6 we found 1 room which was possible to capable of at least basic accomodate my parents. Even the Lift at the property was under maintanence and was not functioning. While we saw the rooms upstairs my parents brought my dog to the lobby and then the manager stated they are not pet friendly. My father called me and my wife down l, when I challenged stating and showing messages they stated someone else had been messaging on their behalf and not them. Which I find is a false lie l. They tried blaming booking is sending these messages and not them. I even explained that I received a phone number on the message thread. When I called that number noone picked up. I tried calling the same number in front of the manager and he also saw number was correct but phone never rang. However when they gave me a call i received a call from the same phone number

They did not help with any rebooking considering all of this was their fault and everything is documented in chat between the hotel and me.

This hotel is a fraud and very poorly maintained

In a manner I am happy I did not stay here ..... Or else my mother would murder my father for choosing this hotel in the first place with the quality of the rooms and the hotel overall

Overall it is very disappointed.
Pros:

There is no such facility.

Cons:

The washroom is not maintained well and stinky smell. The water taps are in very bad condition. There is no supporting staff for the old age people. The AC facility is in very bad condition.

Pathetic condition
Cons:

Firstly I paid more for that property.. nothing is working in that property.. no lift, no pillows, no towel, washroom is not up the mark, air conditioner was not working however, they charged for air conditioning room.. overall nothing was good.. it was very bad experience

Pros:

Location was good. All the tourist spots are nearby like mysuru palace and St. Philomena's Cathedral.

Cons:

Room was very dirty and unhygienic. Washroom was also not cleaned. The images are not what actual place is. Bed sheet was not clean. It has multiple stains on it. Pillow was not clean also.

Very bad experience.
Pros:

Worst hotel, bitter experience.

Cons:

I don't recommend this hotel. They do not keep the rooms ready, will not give more than one towel per room, hot water is not working. Food is not available. Over all i made a mistake choosen this hotel. I immediately vacated the room, waste of money. Pls don't book seeing the pictures on booking. Com or other websites all are fake.
