They were trying to make everything running, I think they are new with their property. But even changeed our room when they saw AC is not working

First I should blame booking.com to have such hotel in their list..

In booking.com the customer care shanavi was rude behaviour and guiding wrongly to the booking details..

A nasty experience

Cons:

There was no room service at all, no cleaning nothing. The rooms were really different from what we booked and quite dusty and unclean. Even a water bottle is not available inside the hotel and no room service for the same. We booked a triple room but had to adjust in the bed because the sofa was very unclean. There were toiletries provided. Really rude service.
