Worst hotel and staffs

1. No lift working, room given at 3rd floor, my Parents senior citizen, the receptionist boys very rude like, if u want u take it else cancel it, the I was there at 11:45:pm at night,

2. Room was very disgusting not cleaned, we I asked y not cleaned, the boys replied no staf at this time wat will I do, if u want u take it else cancel it, my question is wen I booked the room it has to be kept neat and clean.

3. Bathroom not cleaned it was stinking and hot water will not come.morning only comes, if u come now how can I arrange it,the answer was from the boys,

4. Bathroom doors doesn't lock from inside there is no locks its damaged,

5. All over the cot and seeling and walls cocroches roaming here and there, my daughter were very scary, as it was too late for my elder people to be taken rest, i din had any other choice.

Very very worst hotel dont ever prefer for customer pls.

The area was decent enough and not very far from Mysore Palace

Cons:

Toilets were dirty and the staff were hardly responsive. Bedsheets not very clean. Seems, there is no cleaner

Never book this place
Pros:

Nothing as the hotel was not functioning and we got to no aftwr we reached the hotel

Cons:

Hotel wasn't functioning but the booking was taken.. after reaching the hotel they tell us its not functioning and we were asked to move to another tie up hotel of theirs which we could never find out.. worst experience
