Comfy and worth it
Pros:

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Bad war sehr dreckig - überall Haare und Zahnpastaflecken. Haare gab es auch im Zimmer und Bettwäsche war sehr abgenutzt (gelb/grau mit Flecken statt weiß). Wir haben nur ein sauberes Zimmer für eine Nacht erwartet und das war nicht gegeben.

l emplacement pres de l embarcadere pour Tioman

Cons:

hotel vieillot. chambre a cote de la reception : Wc casse, ne rien poser sur l etagere au dessus du lavabo par peur que la glace au dessus ne tombe.
drap du dessous tache et froisse. l avons fait change : idem. serviettes de toilette grises. ont du etre blanches mais il y a un siecle.
aucune insonorisation, bruyant.

Pros:

La localisation pour aller à Tioman est pratique et Check in tard dans la soirée possible.

Cons:

Les draps étaient sales et la douche est peu pratique.

we had no other choice...
Pros:

Less than 10 minutes to the Jetty. Nice café across the street, also good indian restaurant just down the street.

Cons:

As almost everyone else, we ended up in Mersing because the departure times of the ferry to Pulau Tioman and the arrival time of the first (!!) bus from Kuala Lumpur are not synchronized and you will always miss the ferry. That is why we had to spend a night, we basically had no choice. I guess it's all part of a bigger plan by the government, because otherwise NO ONE would ever spend a minute in this god forsaken town. We ended up in a tiny room with NO WINDOWS, directly next to the reception area. The staff began to watch videos on their phones around 4 AM. We were soooo happy when we could finally leave this place and this miserable town.

Ok for one-night stay, but nothing more than that
Pros:

Location is just 5 mins walk from Mersing Jetty.

Cons:

Very poor sound proof. I can literally hear the reception’s staff playing YouTube so clearly midnight. There’s also hair and stains on the bed.

Pros:

Nice room with a fantastic view of the boats just outside....

Cons:

Not a lot...the room I had was a great find....and Mersing is a very pleasant town to spend time...
