The room was well insulated.
The room condition was nothing like in the pictures. It was very run down and dirty. The mattress was so bad . It kept sinking and I couldn't sleep the whole night. None of the plug points were working, I had to use the TV one in the end. The phone was cracked. Rust and bad maintenance all around. The tea bags were just left out in the open with no sachet covers. At night there was so much of noise and disturbance outside in the corridor. This was past 11.30pm. I didn't leave my room cause i felt very unsafe.

Sheets were clean.
There were no room keys, there was dried poo on the toilet seats, there was no free pick up or drop off.
The price was fair, the room was comfortable and reasonably clean. Restaurant food was good. There was a kettle, water and tea / coffee in the room. Room service was helpful in bring in a beer and some milk
The booking situation was a shambles. There were problems taking a deposit from my credit card, prior to arrival, but this was eventually resolved by me finding an email address and a Whatsapp number where their reservations team agreed to my paying on arrival, also to arrangements to provide the advertised free pickup from the airport. No car was there and it took over 2 hours and several people intervening on their phones to speak to reception. We had problems getting our phones to connect and accessing online services, having arrived at the airport at 3.45am. after a 12 hour flight from Australia.
We had to pay for a taxi to take us there. The hotel was reluctant to give us a room. They claimed they'd already canceled our booking with Booking.com
The told us they had problems with construction work.in the area so there was no electricity, running water or wifi - which was untrue.
We insisted on staying as it was about 6am by now, and we just wanted to sleep.
The phone in the room didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, and the bathroom floor was flooded as a tap had been left on.
The area was convenient for the airport but not pleasant to walk around - especially after dark. When we were due to leave - and we had previously agreed a time to return to the airport we were asked for 400 rupees for a taxi, which I argued was not what our booking specified and eventually we were driven there free by a disgruntled driver..
It was a stressful and exhausting experience. We'd planned to take a half-day tour of Delhi but in the end we slept for much of the day. It was marginally better than a 23 hour layover at the airport- and that's the best I can say!

Staff were very flexible with my requirements (check-in, breakfast), and listened to feedback and suggestions. Very fast internet, hot water, beauticians just in front of hotel. Aerocity not very far.
Entry into hotel for elderly or disabled person was difficult as no banister or lift at entrance. No quiet sign to inform visitors to be keep noise low at night/early morning. Lift doors could do with a clean.
Food was good.Property is outstanding,value for money, food is very nice.Location is very good,Staff is very cooperative.
The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included.The place was clean and very close to the Airocity metro station.Enjoyed the stay.
Hotel has a prime location quite near to the Airocity Metro station which is a big help.Rooms are decent and value for money. Staff is courteous. Buffet is served in morning which has a variety of dishes. Coffee is good.
